The beast concealed beneath the wall moved and with every movement, more debris of rocks fell as it revealed the creature.
It's black scales gleamed with ethereality and superfluous magnificience as it moved, its scaly tail dragging against the rocky floor with a rattling noise, with its golden gaze burning into theirs.
They wanted to unsheath their blades, but Ying made them cease.
"Don't. We can't fight it, it's an immortal beast and we just awoke it from it's slumber." Ying said casually, unfazed by the beast as it propelled out of the wall. It's scaly hands with unimaginably long claws gradually positioned on the ground with a loud thud and they instinctively moved back.
"How dare you spineless mortals awake me from my slumber?!" The beast growled with a thunderous voice as its burning gaze fixated on them, its forked tongue revealed to sight as it slithered.
