"Disciple, keep practicing your boxing. I'll go get some wine," said Master Zhongqing to Yifeng.
At the shop entrance, Yifeng held a wine gourd and gave instructions to Zhongqing before walking out of the gate.
"Master Yifeng," greeted several people as they passed by.
"Ah haha, long time no see," Yifeng replied, returning their greetings with a smile and a bow.
"Come and join us, Master Yifeng!" beckoned several women from the upstairs window.
"No, thanks," Yifeng declined politely, aware of their intentions.
"I can't let you girls fool me," he added with a laugh, acknowledging that he knew them but wasn't particularly close to them.
Suddenly, there was a commotion in the street as people rushed forward.
"Master Yifeng, hurry up! A silly dog is running around the streets. Its meat is delicious, and it goes well with wine!" a street vendor shouted at Yifeng.
"Good dog, that's something I can't resist. Catch it, and I'll have a taste," Yifeng responded with a grin.
Although Yifeng loved dog meat, he knew he couldn't be the one to catch it in such a chaotic situation.
Just as he was about to leave to get some wine, he saw a mob rushing towards his direction, wielding sticks and poles, chasing after a silly dog.
The dog was howling and running frantically, clearly in distress.
"This is unbearable! How could I, the Sky-Devouring Demon Wolf, be called a silly dog by these mortals?" Yifeng exclaimed in frustration.
"Damn it!"
He ran wildly, seeing no escape route until his eyes landed on a small pretty boy carrying a wine gourd, seemingly without any other person blocking his path.
This was a way out!
He could charge through here, and this pretty boy didn't seem like he could stop him.
"Oh my, you are a foolish dog, but Im not sorry for you," Yi Feng said as he saw the dog charging toward him. Since the dog insisted on delivering himself to Yi Feng, he might as well accept it.
Immediately, Yi Feng moved his body.
"Damn human, do you really think you can stop me?" The dog roared in his heart. Despite the critical situation, he did not underestimate the risk of being in troubled waters. To prevent any mishap, he used the last bit of strength in his body.

Unnoticed, there was a faintly flashing rune mark hidden on the forehead of the dog, and the transparent energy turned into ripples, rushing towards Yi Feng.

Yi Feng also kicked at the same time.

They collided loudly.

The silly expression on the dog's face froze instantly. It was as if it had hit an unyielding wall. It felt dizzy and disoriented, and what made it unable to believe was that its last trace of demonic power had instantly dissipated when it collided with Yi Feng's foot.
"Why?"
The dog tumbled to the ground, opened its mouth, and fainted.
"Haha, Master Yi is amazing."
The other pursuers cheered when they saw Yi Feng knock out the dog with just one kick.
"Haha, it was just luck." Yi Feng smiled and said, "What about this dog?..."
"Of course, it belongs to Master Yi."
