Lux still had the same smile as he always did, with the bright gold aura emitting from him. Codarius followed Lux, now having a bit more hope than he did before. As they walked deeper to the alleyway, they began seeing more and more people that seemed like adventurers and magicians. Then, a huge door appeared on the building.
The door was open, and in the entrance of the door, it immediately had stairs leading down. Lux then began walking through the door, and down the stairs. Codarius and Lux reached the bottom most of the stairs. Codarius was severely tired, "Hey, what the heck is wrong with these stairs!" Lux looked back and replied, "There's nothing wrong with these stairs, I'm not sure what you're talking about." Codarius gasped while trying to get more air, "There's so many, did they really have to make it so deep in the ground? They could've made a lift or something." Lux then laughed, "I'm not sure what you have to do in this guild, but with stamina like that, you're not gonna be able to last a day hunting a tapeworm."
Codarius gritted his teeth a little, and then calmed himself down. It was true, Codarius was really not used to fighting, or really doing much exercise in general, especially on his legs. His arms and upper body wasn't too bad, but his lower body strength was very unfortunate… Codarius really questioned how Abstrelia expects him to do anything with his strength and capabilities. While Codarius was blanking out in his thoughts, Lux tapped Codarius, "Hey, well we're here now." Codarius stopped blanking out, and shook his head, and looked at the place. It was impressive, it had large rooms going deeper and deeper, with several balconies.
Lux and Codarius walked to a table with a group of people sitting down. Lux then told Codarius, "So what exactly are you here for?" The group looked at Codarius sit down for a second, and went back to their conversation. Codarius then explained to Lux, "Well, I'm not sure how to explain it… I kind of have some problems I need to fix?" Lux then asked, "What kind of problems?" No one seemed to be listening or even caring a single bit about their conversation whatsoever.
Codarius didn't really know if he could just say and talk about the events he caused, the chances are that people would find him as a delusional person or a mentally insane person. He certainly didn't want that to happen again. But right now, logically speaking, he can't fight at all. He didn't know how to use magic, he didn't even know what could prevent what he did, he doesn't know anything about the person who granted his wish in the first place. He definitely needed someone to at the very least help him look for something.
