After Zael left, calm and peace remained on the island for the rest of the duration of the trial. Everyone was caught up defending themselves from the Stelle Beasts and avoiding fighting to not attract a battle royal.
The arrival of Zael and the showcase of Z's prowess halted the movement of everyone as they knew full well that it was too early to engage in all-out combat.
When the time came, Arthur fetched all of the students out of the island and transported them to a vast land of desolation.
Z smiled as he cherished the unfamiliarity of the surroundings. It was a vast area of soil and rock with no trace of life. All there was, were mountains of soil covered in a thick mist that contained Laws preventing their sights from piercing through it.
The only way to see the field was to climb the pillars of soil within their narrow field of vision.
