"Where in the Laws could that possibly be?" Z thought. It had been a month since they entered the island, and true to the calendar he made, they arrived at the area where the trees shamed buildings.
The environment greatly favored Z in his quest since they realized that the region repelled sentient life which made him even more confident that a piece was there. After all, there can only be so much explanation as to why a phenomenon is taking place in an area where the powers of the Laws and Arcane are not present.
"What are you looking for?" Ashe asked as there were only two of them around, the rest were outside the region, looking for food as even edible fruits cannot be found around.
"Something valuable."
"I figured that out, but what? Do you still not trust me?"
"Fine. I am looking for a Sacred Piece. You must be familiar with it."
"Why? Because I am a Cursed Human? That is offensive," Ashe sneered.
