'Why does she feel so cold? Is she even alive?' Theos thought after seeing the emptiness in her eyes. As the latter slowly walked toward him, he could not help but prepare himself. The situations he had been in were something a regular Joe would never be able to dream of.

The horrors he witnessed were enough to kill a child from fear. Therefore, he had a loose attitude in The Known World; however, seeing Linea made him raise his guard up like death was around the corner.
