"I don't think my father has any plans for my grandparents unless they come here troubling my mother in search of Travis. They should be silent as they were when Travis did as he liked with my mother. We need to leave," Rafael said, continuing to hold Annalise to carry her to the horses.
"Was it hard to get Travis? Was he a good fighter?" Annalise asked, curious about just how dangerous Travis was.
"He's nothing like I thought. My mother kept warning me about him, but now I have realised that her description of dangerous and mine are far different. If not for his money and family name to control the people around him, he's pathetic. Didn't look like he could defeat anyone in a sword fight," Rafael answered.
