His Newfound Happiness
As the sun climbed higher in the sky, Jack's sense of celebration overpowered the lingering shadows of the morning. Determined to share his newfound enthusiasm, he made his way to Roberto's room, a light tap announcing his presence.
He knocked and called out, "Open up, Roberto, it's Jack."
Roberto, still immersed in the haze of sleep, stumbled towards the door and opened it with a yawn, his voice carrying traces of grogginess, "What is it?"
Jack, brimming with energy, declared, "I want you to wash up and come down for breakfast."
Roberto, eyebrows furrowed in confusion, questioned, "What happened? Did someone die again? I am not ready for another burial ceremony."
Jack's eyes sparkled with mischief as he countered, "No one did. In fact, I want us to celebrate life."
A skeptical expression etched across Roberto's face, he inquired, "Celebrate life? What life?"
