BEST FRIEND LIKE NO OTHER
Lily's head was inside the sink, she could hear the gasp that escaped from Emelia's lips, "What is it, Emelia?" Lily asked, she raised her head from the sink, seeing the stunned look on Emelia's face.
"Did you and Jack do the deal apart from following through with the contract terms?" Emelia asked, trying to look for a logical explanation concerning Lily sudden allergy towards popcorn.
"What do you mean by "do the deal"? just say what you want to say," Lily urged, rinsing her mouth with water.
"Did you sleep with Jack? Did you have sex with him?" Emelia said, staring at Lily with curiosity, written boldly on her face.
Lily sighed, "Yes, I slept with Jack," there was no need to hide anything from Emelia when she will eventually find out. Besides, she and Jack are both consenting adults, old enough to make their own decisions.
