Worries Of A Mother
Ariel sat in the dimly lit hospital room, her eyes fixed on her sleeping son, Daniel. The soft hum of medical equipment filled the room, providing an eerie backdrop to her anxious thoughts. She carefully brushed a strand of hair away from Daniel's pale face and rubbed his head, as if her touch could somehow ease his pain.
Her heart ached as she gazed upon her beloved son, his face contorted in discomfort even in slumber. Just a few days ago, they had been a normal, happy family, going about their daily lives with little concern. Now, their world had been turned upside down by a sudden and severe illness.
The doctors had diagnosed Daniel with an inflamed liver, a condition that had come out of nowhere and had left her all, stunned. The cause of the inflammation remained a mystery, and the medical team was working tirelessly to find answers. The uncertainty of it all weighed heavily on Ariel's shoulders.
