Delvin was ready for him, however. He sidestepped the attack and countered with a swift kick to Gou Feng's stomach. Gou Feng grunted in pain due to the great impact of force, but as he had his armour to distribute the impact of force and was quickly back on his feet and ready to continue the fight.
With a short pause of breath, Gou Feng launched another flurry of attacks with his sword towards Delvin. Delvin dodged and weaved, his armor clanging as he moved. He tried to strike back with his sword and dagger, but Gou Feng was too skilled in battles and avoided his attack.
Delvin didn't use even an ounce of qi in the battle as he didn't want to reveal his full strength and didn't evade many attacks just to show him weaker in many parts and kept on dragging the fight for longer.
The fight continued for what seemed like hours, each combatant matching the other move for move. Sweat poured down their faces, and their muscles strained with the effort of the battle.
