"Go your own way. Part 1.5"
Character: Laxe Moonrey.
Species: Elfym.
Class: Ranger.
Age: 56 HLM or 22.5 Elfym Years.
Nation: Lustria South, Lustria.
Weapons: -Knobkerrie combat staff affectionally named 'Bomkerrie' for its ability to become animated and act independently in the form of a Boomslang snake. The weapon is also carved in the animals' likeness and is just as venomous.
-Custom collapsible longbow.
-Duel serrated hunting knives.
-Rangers survival pack.
Origin:
Being born to an Elven mother and a Human father made her very existence against the law in Lustria. Being exiled from her homeland, she grew up in and about both the wilds and more settled lands of Enverdolmal, and learned the ways of the Ranger. Her mother left her with her father as a toddler, who in turn left her at the gates of Mornaless, a small village situated on the North-West coast. Laxe travels across the land, lending her considerable skill to any and all in need. At a small fee of course... And only the goodly folk.
Update!
Laxe's latest haunt has been the dorpie known as Kabouterval, and until just recently, that had been a simple enough task. It was nothing to divert a goblin or two daily. Simple enough to put down the man-eating big cat that had been rather problematic for the local fighters. Even the occasional wildfire could be handled without much effort with the assistance of a few of her local animal buddies.
But something greater had come to threaten the safety of the village...
Something that even Laxe was not prepared for.
Something that even the Riders of Kabouterval would never expect to wage battle against this time of year.
A large and strangely enchanted Forest Troll.
Although she was unprepared for such as task as Troll wrangling, any Ranger worth their weight in coin is never truly without an option or a plan.
Laxe is a Rank 4 Ranger... by her own measure that is.
She has never officially joined any known Ranger group, and doesn't know if she wants to due to the level of commitment that it would require of her. She meet and befriended a Dwarven Ranger by the name of Pomilio Longblade some years ago while she was on one of her treks across Naeri. He very nearly convinced her to join the Razer Leaf Ranger Corps, but even he could not manage the task.
Laxe is fiercely independent, preferring to be and do on her own whenever possible. This has left her virtually without friends save for a very small handful. The aforementioned Ranger, Pomilio being one such friend, and a human named Lisander who she had saved from a pack of Goblins in his youth.
Abilities:
-Above average strength, resistance, dexterity and agility due to her Elven blood.
-Senses are 2x times as sharp as that of a top-shape Human.
-Rank 4 Ranger. (Ranks are 1-10 based on feats accomplished. (Laxe's "Rank" is self-imposed, as she has yet to join any official or unofficial Rangers Guild.)
-Weapon proficiency: Short swords. Bows. Staffs, Spears, Javelins, and Daggers.
-Natural remedy expert.
-Call to nature -Tap into Aether veins in plants and some small animals.
-Rune and Sigil magics.
-Laxe's Bomkerrie is capable of becoming fully animated and even autonomous with a bit of her Aether given as a "donation" of sorts. The snake form is 3x stronger than the average Boomslang, and its considerable reserves of venom are that much more potent as well.
Stats:
Strength: 7/10.
Stamina: 9/10.
Agility: 8/10.
Dexterity: 8.5/10.
Intellect: 8/10.
Aether: 8.5/10.
Resilience: 6.5/10.
Resistance: 8.5/10. (Low magic)
5.5/10. (High magic)

"Go your own way. Part 1.5"
Character: Lisander Caballa.
Species: Human.
Class: Calvary. Ridders of Kabouteval
Age: 26 HLS.
Nation: Kabouteval, Northern Naeri.
Weapons: -Hallow-point Javelins.
-Long bow.
-Javelance: Javelin/Lance hybrid weapon.
-Boot knife.
-Lasso.
Origin:
Born and raised in and about the walled dorpie that is Kabouteval, Lisander learned to ride and throw a javelin just as soon as he had learned to run. As a boy he had watched his father and the renowned Ridders of Kabouteval deploy and return from their hunts and strikes more times than he could count before the day inevitably came that tragedy would come in the form of two whole squads of Ridders simply never returning. The entire group of 12 men had simply vanished without so much as a trace nor clue as to what had befallen them. This would be Lisander's inspiration to not only join the Ridders when he came of age, but to hone his skills in order to one day figure out what had happened to his father and his men. His life had been one of relative ease up until the sudden loss of his father, with things taking a turn for the worse without the "man of the house" around any more.
Although the people of Kabouteval would never let he and his mother starve or go without a home, they did little to keep the boys cruel and jealous stepfather at bay...
The man had always secretly envied Lisander's father for not only his rank among the Ridders and his undeniable skill on horse back and with a Javelin and Bow, but his relative wealth and his beautiful wife. He was quick to force his way into the mans shoes both personally and professionally once it was announced that the Ridders would officially be listed as lost in the field.
Lisander left home at 16 and joined the Ridders of Kabouteval where he rose through the ranks and hit Captain in no time. He poured all of his pain and anger into his training and became one of the top rated Ridders in his dorpie.
Lisander was one of the first to meet Laxe in her travels. They have been good friends and scouting companions every since their first encounter, an encounter in which Laxe had saved the then 19-year-old boy from a small band of Goblins that had gotten the jump on him.
Abilities:
-Lisander can adjust his vision, allowing him to "zoom in" on targets and make them appear to him to be much close than they actually are.
-Expert hand-to-hand combatant.
-Expert level Archery, Hunting, and Tracking.
-Expert level Mounted Unit.
-Expert level Javelin/Spear/Lance combatant.
Stats:
Strength: 6.5/10.
Stamina: 6/10.
Agility: 7.5/10.
Aether: 4.5/10.
Dexterity: 8/10.
Resilience: 6/10.
Intellect: 6.5/10.
Resistance: High 3.5/10. Low: 5/10.

"To Carry. Part 1.5"
Character: Likosplitz
Species: Human.
Class: Scout with the Hillside Guard.
Age: 24 HLS.
Nation: Hillside, Atlas Mountain Region. Suidelain.
Weapons: -Short sword and Round shield.
-Mid-sized Cross bow.
-Quicksilver foam bolts.
Origin:
Likosplitz grew up in the mountainous Southeastern corner of Suidelain. His family had been in that region of the mountains for a long as he could remember, although the elders of Hillside would often share tales of a lost and desolated land that was once their home far to the East and South of Enverdolmal.
Likosplitz has been a loyal and brave Scout for his town, earning many commendations for his services in reporting any strange or undo activities in the region, thus giving his people the proper time to prepare.
Liko -as friends and family would call him- had never left the mountains, nor did he ever intend too.
Well...that was until his first encounter with an enraged Elder Ashen Atlas bear...
To make things worse, it just happened to be on his birthday!
If there was anything in the world worse than crossing paths with such a beast, he would rather be in front of that thing... At least that way he could die with the option of fighting back!
Liko has met and worked with Vander on many occasions, even accompanying him on his patrols at times.
Abilities: Liko has the ability to focus his Aether into his blood stream and boost his stamina and agility. This can drain him if it is done to often or for too long, thus limiting how and when he uses it.
-Trained Swordsman.
-Experienced Scout.
-Tracking.
-Hunting.
Stats:
Strength: 4.5/10.

"To carry"
Character: Vander.
Species: Human.
Class: Warrior Monk.
Nation: Atlas, Beirklou Mountain Range. Suidelain
Age: 42 HLS.
Weapons: -Three-bladed grieves.
-Bear fur cloak.
-Morning Star ball mace with chain.
Origin:
Born to a hardy mountain folk, Vander was an only child which made his life much, much more challenging. In the mountains, parents dictated chores to their children, spreading the load evenly.
But as a single child, Vander and his father did everything between the two of them. This resulted in Vander growing up to be distant and detached from his peers. He was faster, stronger, and better built. But without siblings, he was not very social in nature. As soon as he hit his teen year, he was chosen to be trained as an Atlas Warrior Monk.
He gave his life to the training and vowed to protect not only Atlas, but all of its inhabitants as well. The people of Atlas would be the sisters and brothers that he never had.
Update!
Vander is a pessimistic individual. He has always been this way, and it is typically with ease that this can be seen upon his face. His solitary childhood made for a lonely existence, one that made him develop a stoic shell that is rather icy. Even with this being so, Vander is a kind and extremely protective man to those under his charge. He will and has fought his fare share of "school-yard bullies" and has even opposed the ways and decisions of many of the Elders of his own home, leading to some rather tense and heavy interactions.
Vander above all else is a morally light man. This has made him more likely to question the actions and decisions of those around him around them, this very often leads to inadvertent truths being told to him with little to no effort on his behalf.
With the completion of Hillside and the settling of its people came more and longer patrols for Vander and the other Monks and while Vander was initially not fond of this, he grew to appreciate and even enjoy the simplicity and culture of the people of the small dorpie.
Abilities.
-Can turn off his pain receptors, allowing him to do battle for prolonged amounts of time and without slowing for as long as his body can physically function.
-Summon spiritual Atlas bears to assist in combat.
-Can channel spirits to boost his own strength, stamina, and resilience.
-Ice and cold spell resistance.
-Fire and heat-based magics.
Stats.
Strength: 8.5/10.

Agility: 6.5/10.
Dexterity: 6/10.
Intellect: 5.5/10.
Aether: 7.5/10.

Resistance: High Magic: 4/10.
Low Magic: 5/10.

Species: Faeman (Human/Faeri hybrid)
Class: Combat Cleric.
Age: 5 HLS. 1830 Fae Years old.*(5 Days spent in the Fae Realm has granted him 1830 Fae Years. A single day in the Fae Realm is equivalent to a Years time on Enverdolmal.
Nation: Mountbase, Lumaleza.
Weapon: -Fae ring
-Clerical scepter.
Origin:
Printice's life was cut short at the tender age of five by a savage night raid.
Several dozen Urdu-Goblins had suddenly descended from the caves of the mountains that which flanked his dorpie to its West. The village known as Mountbase was all but destroyed to a home, with but a handful of survivors left to tell the tale of its unexpected assault and subsequent fall.
Upon his "death" Printice was spirited away to the realm of the Fae by the Queen of the Faeri herself. Without his body nor a trace of it ever being found back on Enverdolmal, the few who survived simply assumed that he had either been taken by the Urdu-Gobs, or that he had been one of the many who had been virtually erased from the world when the local tavern had exploded that night.
Printice would spend the next five days of his life in the Fae realm and among its strange and beautify folk, learning and living as they did.
Little did he know that while his human senses had only perceived nearly a weeks time passing, each of the days spent in the Aetheral world of the Fae would be the equivalent to nearly years time on Enverdolmal.
Upon his return to Enverdolmal the young and still innocent Fae Prince would find a new and far more hostile world as war and strife had just began to envelope the land when he had been taken five years ago.
He would return as a trained and capable Cleric, his natural Aether pool boosted and made deeper by the Faeri blood that now coursed through his veins.
He would travel the world with a singular goal: To help how and when he could.
His first stop?
Home.
Abilities:
-Can teleport himself, people, and objects from one location to another by creating a portal via his Fae ring. The ring manifest as a large halo-like form that orbits Printice at all times. Anyone who attempts to touch the ring without Printice's permission will experience harsh and random magical effects. Printice and his targets can travel to any place that he has been before.
-Fae magic. All elements besides Fire and Ice, as they are not of this world naturally.
-High magic Healing. Can virtually "undo" others wounds.
-Master level combatant. Hand-to-hand and all weapons known to Humanity, Humanoids and Fae alike.
