Hey hey hey! Welcome back to the gates of Enverdolmal!
I hope as always that this finds you well.
I have another Kingdom here for you all to get to know that much better, a Kingdom that is home to several of our characters thus far, and one that I am sure that many of you have been curious about: Lustria. I have been looking forward to presenting this place to you all and giving you a bit more insight into the ways and livelihood of the Elves that inhabit this corner of Enverdolmal.
I won't keep you for long, I know what you came for lol.
See you back here soon enough!

Recap:
Enverdolmal.
Loose translation from: *Een Vir Almal* which means: One for all.
Thousands upon thousands of years in times past, Enverdolmal was a lush and healthy world, yet it was devoid of animal life outside of four great and mighty Dragons.
These were the Living Elements: Water, Wind, Earth, and Thunder.
**Thunder here is the physical manifestation of sound in short. I know Lightning comes before Thunder, and is the Element whereas Thunder comes from Lightning. Nonetheless, this is fiction folks lol. I wont always stick to the Rule of Cool.**
From the sky came the Twin Dragons, a pair of Immortal Elements. From the darkness of space both Fire and Ice made Enverdolmal their new resting place.
These two were Life and Death.
The balance was upset and the world was bathed in Draconic conflict. The six Dragons found peace and truce in the form of a great and all encompassing slumber. An age of Ice and nothingness. One that would see them fade away physically, and become the very Aether that fueled the new world and its rapid growth after the Great Thaw.
With the Great Thaw came new life. New death.
Animals, one and all evolved from countless lineages of Dragon dust and essence.
Fanged. Feathered. Furred. All came to be and evolve from that which was once Dragon.
Humans, born of the need for not only guardians, but caretakers of the new world.
From them, and time, and exposure, came the many varied Humanoid species.
From the Forested-bound folk, the Elf.
From the Mountain-bound, the Dwarf.
And as they grew, and learned, and loved, and hated, and warred, they intermingled and became even more: The Tinker-kin (also referred to at times as the Halfling) the Dwarfym, and the Elfym.
From the need to balance and mayhap even counter the existence and rapid expansions of Humanity, came Monsters. They were born from the most desolate and polluted parts of nature (most of these places came to be that way due to Humanity in one fashion or another) and sought only to kill, to hunt, and to breed.
Among them were the Goblins, the Orcis, the Ordin: A disturbing cross species of Goblin and Orcis, the Troll, the Ogre, and a list of many other cross and subspecies.
War found Enverdolmal as was inevitable.
But then, and always, so-to would peace.
With time and effort, Kingdoms and Queendoms where erected, Boarders were lined, and maps were drawn. The world came to know some semblance of what it is today.
The balance between Light and Dark is in constant flux, but this is in our favor (my good Reader) for how else would such tales come to be?
Welcome one and all, to the ever-evolving world of Enverdolmal.

Kingdom of Lustria.
Current ruler: King Meirasti V.
Regional Elemental Affinity: Lightning, Ice and Water.
Military Force: Lustrian Lance & "CLA" or Central Lustrian Army.
Known as "The land of Ice and Elves." as most of its landmass is in a perpetual state of winter due to ancient and long lost Draconic magics.
80% of all Elven folk either hail directly from or have ancestorial roots that can be traced back to the West coast of Enverdolmal. Many believe that they may have not even originated from Lustria itself, but some foreign and mysterious land far over seas to the West of anywhere known to man.
The Elves of Lustria tend to be seclusive by nature, thus they can typically only be seen outside of Lustria while at market or at times of great strife. Several tribes from among their many have been known to be more nomadic in nature, moving with the seasons and settling where and when they see fit. These tribes are not aggressive in temperament, nor are they prone to acts of crime, thus they have been openly welcomed in most areas where they roam. Some of these nomadic tribes are know far and wide while others are all but myths.
Several know tribes include: The Moonrey, the Yor, and the Owbloed.
Outside of these tribes, most other Elves of pure blood are rather cold, detached, and condescending towards most other species. It is for this reason primarily, that the boarders of Lustria are heavily patrolled and guarded. Their lands are strictly theirs, and none outside of the Elves themselves are allowed passage unless one would receive a formal invite from either the King himself, or an Elf of pure blood. Even merchants and traders are both limited and watched extensively while they are within the Elven territory.
King Meirasti V is not exactly what one would expect of either an Elf or a King.
He is flamboyant in nature and sexually fluid, making him a rarity among his people. His person is always draped in the finest of clothes and robes. Even if this is to be expected of royalty, Meirasti takes it much, much further than any of his people or predecessors even, preferring foreign clothing to even the finest of Elven makes and tailors.
He is both openminded and flexible in his moods and temperament. Meirasti's father was very much the opposite of these things, which may very well have influenced his own growth and mindset in his youth. As the new King he has made some rather controversial changes and choices for his people and his Kingdom. He has opened several new strategic locations along the border for trading, he legalized reefer for widespread usage among his Kingdom, and he has even made strides towards lifting the Ever-Winter curse that has plagued his home and people for centuries.
Although Lustria is and has always been united, the Kingdom itself is split into four enclaves, each with its very own culture and traditions.
Lustria North.
Lustria East.
Lustria South.
And Lustria West.
Major Exports and points of interest:
-Ice. Lustria is one of the few places further North where Ice can be found and imported.
-Fish. (Bladed Tuna and others.)
-Wood/Lumber, Enchanted and 'normal'.
-Fruit of a great variety.
-Several major and minor trade dorpies.
-The Lustrian Lance was founded in Lustria South. There are 12 outpost in total between the four enclaves, three in each. The Lustrian Lance was founded by King Meirasti II who had traveled in his youth as a young Prince, to Theodora. Upon arriving he and is family had witnessed several duels between some of Theodora's best Knights. He was so impressed and blown away by the skill and beautiful manner in which the men performed and wielded the weapons, that he vowed from that day on to have his own line of Lancers just as soon as he was King. He would do just that. The Lance soon became the Lustrian Kingdoms weapon of choice, and soon after, no other nation could produce Lancers to match the skill of those of King Meirasti II's.
-----
Lustria North. "Of the wood"
-Lax and Laroon Moonrey are native to Lustria North.
Their home is located near the Lustrian/Noordanian border. The Elves of North Lustria are nomadic in nature and have historically "birthed" the most 'nomadic tribes' thus far. Their relationship with the peoples of Noordania is a positive and long-lived one, with several small-yet-key trade dorpies located purposefully parallel to those on Noordania's side.
Lustria North is known as Lustria of the Wood due to the density of the forest in that region. The trees are so fertile and quick-growing that they and their fruit are used as many of the dorpies main source of income when it comes to the trade seasons. Lustria North shares a large part of its "territory" with Zentram
----------
Lustria East. "Of the Plain."
-Lysin, Jedfey, and Porubus are native to Lustria East. Their dorpie is known as Vandyost.
This part of Lustria is known primarily as the "Wing of the Freebirds." with 'Freebird' being an Elven term for one who is very openminded and of a calm temperament. These Elves are nearly just as nomadic as their cousins from Lustria North since they to share a border with two Kingdoms, These being Zentram and Lumaleza.
Lustria East is known as Lustria of the Plain due to the vast and open fields of Lumaleza that make up the greater part of the Western border. Many of the Elves who live along this border have learned to ride horses, a reginal animal that is not native to Lustria due to its year-round colder temperatures.
Reefer or "Shreat" (as it is commonly know as anywhere outside of Lustria East) is most prominently partaken of in this region of Lustria due to it being very common and popular in neighboring Lumaleza as not only a recreational drug, but a potent medication for many folk.
----------
Lustria South. "Of the Wind."
King Meirasti rules from Torynbon, the Elven Capital city located near the peak of the Southern Cape, also known as the Lustrian Cape. Southern Lustria is truly the greatest example of why the Kingdom is known as "The land of Ice and Elves." The better part of the landscape is covered in rolling hill of ice and snow, this is dotted with frozen Spear Trees who's falling branches can and have killed just as easily as a thrown javelin or spear.
Torynbon was the initial target of the Dragons curse that would see nearly it's entire Kingdom draped in what seems to be a never-ending cycle of winter. Over time, the ever-frost would spread North from the cape and cover all of Lustria. Strangely, yet also comforting in a way, is the fact that even as the "Ever-Winter" -as it has come to be called- became a permanent fixture in the lives of the Elves, it doesn't seem to be able to cross any of the borders that touch Lustria.
Many Historians and Scholars theorize that the Elves must have either once housed some lost species of Dragon and were not very kind to them, or that they flat out hunted this very same dying species to its last, thus the curse was born. No one truly knows outside of the King and the Kings before him.
Lustria South is known as Lustria of the Wind due to it's placement among the wind-swept hills and perpetually frozen forest. The wind can be so cold at times, that their have been found Elves who have been frozen solid by a sudden and shifting gale. These Elves are forever frozen and thus kept by the King as statues. These represent not only the dangers of the wild winds, but the many generations lost to that same winds fickle and random nature.
----------
Lustria West. "Of the Wave."
-Mira and Calt are native to Lustria West.
Lustria West is dominated by small fishing villages that dot its coast line. This is the only enclave of Lustria that doesn't share a border with another Kingdom, as even Lustria South shares a maritime boundary with Lumaleza.
Lustria West is home to a host of Islands known as Strengilande Islands. These where once inhabited by several smaller tribes from Lustria West and Lustria North but they were overrun and taken over by an army of pirates and their seemingly infallible leader, one wanted and infamous Captain known as Windrom. The Lustrian King has been in talks with Noordania concerning ways to rid the Islands of their captors, and return them to their rightful owners. Noordania has a respectable fleet of ships at its command, being so bound to the sea via the fishing trade.
Lustria West is known as Lustria of the Wave due to it's obvious connection to the Sunder Sea. The people here thrive from and live off of the sea, and the loss of the Strengilande Islands was a massive blow to their overall economy. This enclave has also been a major assistance to its cousin enclave of Lustria North, as they capture and provide majority of the Bladed Tuna that is sold at market there.

I will update this and other Kingdom's and Queendom's as the story sees fit, and as the acting characters move about the world of Enverdolmal.
