Ari nearly tripped from the shock of her birth parents reappearing beside her when they'd been gone the past few minutes. She really did seem to be the only one who had no idea what was going on. "I've never been very good at staying quiet. Especially when it's about one of the few good people in my life." Her hand raised to rub at her temples in an attempt to ease the budding headache. Whenever she got back home Ari was going to make sure Alaric knew how truly grateful he should be that she really couldn't bring herself to care less about things like all of the apathetic vampires standing around for fun.
"And you," She pointed an accusing finger at Zadkiel, "Could have stepped in at any time to help me out. Trip me if you have to before I go shoving my foot in my mouth."
