Having witnessed Max get decapitated, the two ladies were left with no choice but to avenge his death, not minding whether Nicole was his best friend or not, possessed or not. They were quickly blinded by their fury and immediately took to action. Hilary's tentacles grew forth from her back as she rushed in his direction.
"What is this, Huh?" Nicole scoffed as he grabbed every tentacle with both hands. He pulled her forward forcefully, and when she was close enough, he sent a punch into her face that not only threw her far into the opposite direction, but also caused her lips to crack and her nose to bleed.
"How dare you?" Leonora shouted in rage as she brought her staff against him, but he was quick to evade the attack with his staff. This caused her feet to drag backwards over a rather short distance.
