"I have seen this power somewhere," Her voice echoed from within the portals despite the sound of blades surging out of the portals being witnessed by the ears of the three present.
The moment the portals disappeared after their efforts proved futile, the woman finally turned to face them. Both eyes were closed as if she was asleep but then, there was the symbol of a glowing white eye engraved on her forehead.
"Who are you?"
The mechanical arms growing forth from her back had suddenly multiplied and her facial expression only spelt danger.
"I guess there's no point in talking things out," Max heaved a sigh and his body lit up in flames that travelled from his hair down to his feet.
