No signs were given instead the soil beneath his feet immediately sunk him waist-deep.
The more struggle he kept on with the soil to escape the confines of the quicksand only triggered the quickness of his sinking.
"Shit," He cursed under his breath. It was no use struggling so he decided to let fate take its course as he was quickly swallowed up by the sand. Now that he had no idea where Lenora had gone, it was the beginning of doom for him.
He fell through the quicksand to the place below with a thud.
