"You want me to complete the remaining Trials?" Ulysses inquired with a complicated look on his face.
Alex nodded. "Yes, but in a controlled environment. It's clear that one way or another, you would complete them so it's best to do it out of your own free will so you can better control it. It's either that or I kill you."
Ulysses' heart tightened only to quickly relax as he could tell that Alex had no desire to end his life.
He was a bit too valuable for that at the moment.
