Everyone has dreams.
Some wish to be powerful people, others wish for riches and some others wish for love.
Hala was also a dreamer but unlike the majority, her wish wasn't for herself but for others.
She could still recall her growing up years, having to suffer the discrimination of being a half-blood at the hands of the true-blooded, those that had felt the touch of the Goddess and were transformed.
Her Elven mother and human father, despite everything, had always worked to help others, suffering persecution at every turn.
Hala had once asked why they did what they did to which she received the simple response. 'Because we can.'
It wasn't some grand reason nor was it a big deal but that caused Hala to look up to them as heroes.
