In Krong Chaktomuk, the capital of Angkor, more specifically in one of the rooms of the Imperial Palace, we can see Ferdinand receiving a massage from one of the masseuses in his entourage, with his eyes closed and enjoying the massage to the fullest.
It's been a week since he and Tanya arrived in Krong Chaktomuk, having already gone through the whole diplomatic nightmare of smiling and waving, with Ferdinand trying the local cuisine and learning more about the culture, the same as he did in the other countries he visited.
'Oh, I love massages' Ferdinand thinks with a smile while he had his eyes closed, with him quite focused on the massage, unaware that Tanya had entered the room.
Tanya, seeing that Ferdinand was focused on enjoying the massage he was receiving, had a plan in her evil mind, with her looking at the Imperial Guards and signaling for them to leave, with them wondering whether or not to obey her orders, but remembering that whenever she asked for time alone with Ferdinand, he gave orders for everyone to leave the room, they decided to just obey and wait outside.
Meanwhile, Ferdinand, who had his eyes closed, soon felt that his masseuse stopped massaging his back, until he felt himself receiving a massage again, but her hands were... smaller?
"Are you enjoying the massage, Your Imperial Highness?" When Ferdinand heard Tanya's voice in his ear, he quickly opened his eyes in fear, until he felt a blow on his back, a gift from Tanya's truncheon.
"Aaaargh! Why did you do that, you crazy woman?!" Ferdinand asked angrily as he turned to look at Tanya, pointing accusingly at her.
"I found it amusing," Tanya said with a mischievous smile on her face, before turning serious and handing Ferdinand a newspaper, which he angrily took before starting to read.
The more Ferdinand read, the faster his angry face changed to surprise, before emerging with a face full of happiness, with the content of the Newspaper being about the Legionary International, which was becoming famous in the world for starting to support various Ultranationalist movements and Parties that followed National-Legionarism, to combat the spread of Socialism and Communism.
"It seems my Father and Legatus Iordanescu have started to make some moves of their own on the international scene," Ferdinand said happily as he handed the newspaper back to Tanya.
"Yes, but now the Imperium has become the enemy of all Democrats and Liberals around the World because there's no way they'll accept this. They'll put Legionary Movements in the same danger classification as the Red Movements," Tanya said seriously as she held the newspaper that was returned to her.
"It's inevitable, but it doesn't matter, we control large oil reserves, any government that wants to have a Giant Navy operating, like the Allied Kingdom, will need as much oil as possible, so they'll continue to trade with us, besides that the Capitalist Class around the World has nothing to complain about, we still follow the Free Market Policy, we still do business with everyone, we just have our own Capitalist Class that is Noble and follows a more State Capitalism, to ensure that our economy doesn't fall into the hands of foreigners" Ferdinand said calmly as he got up from the stretcher where he was, putting on some clothes.
Tanya stared at Ferdinand's back for a while, until she realized what she was doing and looked the other way.
"Today we're going to the Imperium, right? I wonder what this Neo-Roman Fascist Romania you're going to inherit is like" Tanya said while still looking to the side, with Ferdinand finishing putting on his clothes.
"Yes, we'll just say goodbye to the Universal Monarch and then we'll go to the Airport to return to the Imperium... I miss my family" Ferdinand said as he turned to look at Tanya, who nodded, still looking to the side.
"Then let's go" Tanya said going ahead and opening the door, waiting for Ferdinand to leave first to close the door behind him.
With Ferdinand leaving the door, Tanya quickly closed the door behind her and began to follow our protagonist.
Berun, Capital of the Empire
In the Capital of the Empire, we can see Kurt von Rudersdorf's car, who was looking at the view of the Imperial Capital while his car was going to the Imperial Military Academy.
Halfway there he saw several men marching in black uniforms, marching with banners and singing songs.
"These legionnaires are becoming more and more popular around the world" Kurt said to himself as he looked at them with some disgust.
When the car stopped at the entrance of the Academy, Kurt got out of the car and entered the Academy, wanting to go to his friend Zettour, with him being greeted by the Academy recruits along the way.
Arriving at Zettour's office, Kurt saw his friend sitting and writing some things on some papers, before looking up and seeing him.
"Ah, you're finally here, I believe you saw the legionnaire demonstration that's happening, right?" Zettour asked calmly as he looked at Kurt, who nodded with a serious face.
"This is getting out of hand, this National-Legionarism is spreading throughout Europe even more lately like wildfire, besides there are movements in the Muricas, only the Dragon Continent hasn't yet, but some news says that some thinkers there are debating about it" Kurt said angrily, he didn't like that National-Legionarism was emerging in the Empire, it left the Imperial Society divided, which wasn't good.
"While this is bad, they are at least dealing with the Socialists and Communists, preventing the ideological spread of the Reds, so it is okay to allow their existence for now because while we have the Agreements with the Federation, we do not know how long this will last or if they are not secretly supporting Socialist groups even with the Pact that was signed between our two countries" Zettour said as he stopped writing, with Kurt staying silent for a while before sighing and nodding.
"You are right; I think it is okay to let these wild dogs loose for now, but the Reichskanzler and the Kaiser may want them dealt with in the future," Kurt said as he sat down in an armchair.
"Yes, but we should not think too much about it, we military cannot be associated with Politics, any decision made by the Kaiser must be followed" Zettour said as he went back to signing the papers that were still on his desk.
