Tanya POV
I was in my room inside the Imperial Military Academy, thinking deeply about what I should do, it's been 2 weeks and I only have one more time to tell my decision to Ferdinand Von Rotenburg, a person who is reincarnated just like me.
This was my chance to free myself from Being X's clutches, but I would also have to work for a person I didn't know well and I would be placed in an SS Romanian Version.
While I didn't like that I would have to serve in a Paramilitary Force in a country that had this strange mix of Fascism, Monarchism, Religious Fanaticism, and Feudalism, it was better than staying on Being's radar.
The idea of having a Department superior to the False God defending me really sweetened the idea.
*Sigh*'...alright, it's time for me to tell the little Fascist Prince my decision' I thought as I sighed before getting up from my bed and going to change into my military uniform.
First I would have to talk to Hans Von Zettour, with me already having a good excuse to leave the Armed Forces without arousing suspicion.
3rd POV
At the Dacian Embassy, Ferdinand can be seen watching some Legionnaires and Imperial Guards playing UNO, he was watching intently as a Legionnaire made her move.
"TAKE THIS." Shouted at the Legionnaire as she rolled "+4" to an Imperial Guard who was close to winning.
"NOOOOOO, WHY?" Shouted the Imperial Guard while everyone in the room who was watching was laughing nonstop, but Ferdinand had an evil smile on his face seeing that, he then looked at an Imperial Guard Officer who was next to him.
"My prediction was right this time, pass the money" Ferdinand said as he had his arm outstretched and his hand open to receive the money from the bet I made.
The Officer sighed and handed the money to Ferdinand, the two were making bets and Ferdinand had his gains and losses, but this time Ferdinand made a big bet and won by betting on that Legionnaire, who had become a mortal enemy of the Imperial Guard who I was playing UNO.
Ferdinand was trying to convey an image that he was a man of the people, whether in the embassies or in the Imperium, all Dacians could feel close to him like this, as such it would further ensure the loyalty of the people around him.
"Your Imperial Higness, a little girl is at the entrance of the Embassy, she matches the description that Mi'Lord had said" Said a Legionnaire who had just arrived in the room where Ferdinand was, with the Legionnaire giving a Roman Salute.
Ferdinand nodded seriously.
"Name confirmed?" Ferdinand asked as he looked at the Legionnaire, who nodded seriously.
"Yes, Your Imperial Highness, the little girl's name is Tanya Degurechaff" The Legionnaire replied.
Ferdinand then ordered a room to be prepared so that he could have a private conversation with Tanya.
After everything was arranged, we can see Ferdinand sitting across from Tanya, being served tea and some sweets.
There was silence for a while in the room as the two drank tea and ate sweets, enjoying a brief moment before starting to talk about important matters.
When everyone finished enjoying the brief moment of silence, Ferdinand was the first to start speaking.
"If you're here it's because you've already made up your mind, correct?" Ferdinand asked while looking seriously at Tanya who nodded.
"Yes...while I don't like the idea of serving a Semi-Fascist State and even more so a Fanatical Paramilitary Organization, you are my best chance of surviving in this world...so I accept." Says Tanya as she looked into Ferdinand's eyes, who nodded upon hearing this.
"I see.... about the Imperial Army? I don't believe they would let you leave the Armed Forces, especially now that it was important when the matter involved me" Ferdinand said while relaxing on the sofa he was on.
"That's because TECHNICALLY I'm still in the Military....but more secretly" Tanya replied as she grabbed a sweet from the table and ate it.
Her response made Ferdinand raise an eyebrow before understanding what was happening, with him then having a wide smile on his face.
"You will be working as an Imperial 'spy', to deliver information and possibly serve to 'manipulate' me, correct?" Ferdinand asked Tanya, who once again nodded.
"Yes, the Empire wants to know as much as it can about the Imperium, as a way to create attacks and preventive plans in case the Imperium attacks them, because even though they have friendly relations and have signed a Defensive Pact against the Russy Federation, I don't think many of the Imperial Government and the Military like the idea of an Extremely Radical Country close to their borders" Tanya replied seriously while saying very valid points.
"Um, Understandable." Ferdinand said as he changed his sitting posture, becoming more serious and then looking into Tanya's eyes.
"I then want to know how you would hand over your information to the Empire, so we can send them false information for a while before you are finally declared 'murdered' by the Imperial Family Secret Service." Said Ferdinand, explaining the plan he had created to deal with this little problem.
This could also serve to leave the Empire unprepared when the time came to face the Imperium, Ferdinand would first wait for the Empire to weaken enough, both against the Republic and Legadonia and against the Russian Federation, so the Imperium could more easily take over the Balkan territories, while sharing the Empire with the Republic.
Of course, it would only be for a while, when the Imperium was stronger, then it would be at war against the Republic (which would possibly bring the Allied Kingdom of Albion and Legadonia along) to see who will dominate Evropa.
Ferdinand would only have to look for alliances to ensure that he has a chance of winning the future Crusade that he will create in Evropa.
When Evropa is dominated, this will mean that it will also have the Southern Continent Colonies, which was a juicy cake for the Imperium that needed a lot of resources to be able to develop faster.
The problem is: Which country would be a great ally for the Imperium?
