Chapter 14 - Chapter 14: Organic, Organic Everywhere.

Ferdinand Pov

It's been 4 weeks since the Legionnaires became the New Government, before Parliament and my Father, Arthur Iordanescu became Prime Minister of the Grand Duchy of Dacia.

Arthur's First Act as Prime Minister was to restore Royal Power and even amend the Dacian Constitution.

My Father and Grandfather were quite happy, my Father was always signing Documents or making Government Decisions with a smile on his face.

I also saw that my Father and Grandfather had been talking a lot lately about the ideas I had been saying about Organic Government, with my Father really liking the idea.

If all goes well, maybe he'll create an "Organic Grand Duchy", with my Mom being the one who's been wanting to make it happen the most, so maybe she can convince Father.

While my Mother has no real power in Dacia, after all, she is the Grand Duchess Consort, she is in a way the one who "runs" their relationship, my Father cannot do much, as he may incur the fury of this Russy Woman.

Believe me, a woman's rage is the most dangerous, for they can make hell look like a beautiful summer camp.

My Mother also liked the idea of Organic Government a lot, for her this type of Government was the most natural, as the Monarch would be the true voice in the country.

Knowing her, the last thing she wants for me, or my future descendants, is to become something like the Kings of the Allied Kingdom, which to her was a disgrace to the name Monarchy.

Just as Ferdinand thought, at that very moment a conversation was taking place between Dmitrievna and. Johan.

"Husband, with the current Power you have, you can easily pass the Laws without Parliament's approval, what's stopping you?" Dmitrievna asked while looking seriously at Johan, with one eyebrow raised.

"I'm just thinking carefully about how to proceed, my Dear Wife, while I want to create this type of Government, the Legionnaires have to be taken into account, as I don't want them to feel left out, after all, they've restored the Royal Power. " Johan replied with a sigh at the end, that was something that was on his mind.

"*Sigh* Husband, the answer to this dilemma is right in front of you and you still don't see it!" Says Dmitrievna angrily, she sometimes forgot that her husband might not be the smartest.

'Good thing Ferdinand only inherited his handsome looks' Dmitrievna thought as she sighed once more before starting to speak.

"You will be the one who Governs everything, you can very well put the other Political Parties in the Outlaw, with only the Legionnaires being the ones that are allowed to exist." Said Dmitrievna while looking into Johan's eyes seriously.

"You could even make Arthur Iordanescu Prime Minister for Life as a way of thanking the man for all he has done." To say Johan was surprised was a total understatement, his eyes were wide.

But that was a really good way to handle it, so the Legionnaires would always manage to be in power locally, plus it would ensure the Monarch's Decisions were followed.

"Hmm...that might work, we'll just have to create several laws to Stop Corruption...I'll discuss this with Prime Minister Iordanescu." Said Johan while having a hand on his chin, getting thoughtful.

Dmitrievna nodded, having corruption in Dacia would be a serious problem, so she would have to nip it in the bud as soon as possible.

"Now that matter aside, how has your family been?" asked Johann.

"My father and my brother are doing well so far, from their and my mother's letters, they are along with the rest of the Russy Nobility getting funding and stuff." She said as a smile appeared on Dmitrievna's face at the thought of her family.

"I see, are they thinking of coming to Os at some point?"

"Yes, my Family wants to meet Ferdinand, but my Father and Brother mainly want to talk to you, they will possibly come after 4 months." Said Dmitrievna seriously, this would be a great opportunity for Ferdinand to meet the rest of his family.

When all was said and done between the two, Dmitrievna left her husband in his study so that he could do his Government Affairs while the Grand Duchess went to see Ferdinand.

With Johan now alone, he started to sign some documents before calling for a servant.

"Call Prime Minister Iordanescu, I have to speak with him." Johan said, with the servant bowing before leaving the office.

2 hours later

Arthur arrived as quickly as he could to the Royal Palace, when he arrived at Johan's office, he bowed respectfully to the Monarch.

"Your Majesty, is there any reason to call me?" Arthur asked politely.

"Yes Prime Minister, I want to talk to you about some important things" Johan replied while getting quite serious.

Hearing this, Arthur quickly straightened his back and looked seriously at Johan, fully aware of what Johan would say to him.

TimeSkip 3 Months

3 Months have passed since Arthur and Johan had the meeting that marked the beginning of a reform in the Dacian Government.

Arthur proposed to create an Organic Grand Duchy, this was something he and Arthur decided to do, to make it appear more "Legal" in the eyes of the Public.

Obviously, the Liberals were against it, especially the former Prime Minister, who used the cover of "Morality" to try to get Arthur's proposal to be denied.

Of course, it did no good, as the Legionnaires, who together with the "Coalition" command for them, were the majority of Parliament, so the Organic Laws were mostly passed by Parliament, with preparations being made for the laws to be implemented without questions.

The Liberals tried to politically rise up against such Laws, but the Legionnaires knew this would happen, so they did something to deal with such traitors.

Under Valeriu's command, various Legionnaire groups raided the homes of Members of Parliament who went against the new laws, killing everyone there, with a few children being spared, so that they could be taken to the Legionary Youth.

Those who survived were hunted down relentlessly, either by the police using the excuse that the surviving members were accused of "Treason" or by groups of Armed Legionnaires, who officially became "Police Auxiliaries".

The other minor Political Parties had to either merge with the Legionnaires or be destroyed entirely, making it finally and formally the only Political Party allowed in Dacia.

Provinces began to get smaller and others began to be created, with cities, towns, and villages receiving the proper autonomies, with the Power of the Monarch being guaranteed to be obeyed everywhere.

Educational Laws were created, with Public Schools being created in the future and receiving high investment from the State, Universities would also be created later, and one of the important things that would be present was the Legionary Indoctrination so that everyone would be loyal to the Monarch, in addition to receiving Teaching Morals by members of the Orthodox Church.

The Orthodox Church had much of its influence restored thanks to the Organic Laws, mainly because of what became known as National-Orthodoxism, which meant that all schools and colleges that would be built, public and private, always having Orthodox Priests to do Moral and Religious Teaching.

Now that there was basically no opposition, Johan passed the laws for the creation of the Royal Dacian Army, in addition to starting to invest in the Navy, the Air Force would later be created, and for the time being, they would focus on these 2 Armed Forces Branches.

However, as they still didn't have their own Industry, Dacia would have to import Imperial Weapons and Equipment, this was something that Ferdinand suggested to his father, who was accepted, as the Armed Forces needed to be equipped with the best possible equipment, even if they were of another country.

The Royal Guard has expanded as well, having acquired several good recruits and having some 10,000 Royal Guards strong, all receiving hard training for them to be as professional as possible.

Now the Government will invest to start the Modernization of Dacia, whether building more modern roads or something like that, in addition to starting the base industries for Industrialization, mainly involving the creation of steelworks in the country.
