In the Duke's mansion,
It was late at night. Every item of exhibition was collected in a room and it was locked by the knights.
Mary personally checked each thing. Two knights guarded the room to ensure the past incident would not repeat itself.
As the night darkened, everyone slept in their rooms. A maid slowly walked towards the closed part of the building.
She stared around her with wary eyes as she took quick steps. Instead of walking straight towards the door, she stopped at the end of the passage and lit a candle.
She covered her face with a cloth as smoke started to spread. The knights coughed and waved their hands but as smoke started to enter their bodies, they felt heavy.
They shook their heads with force but the feeling of dizziness increased. Soon, they stumbled and fell.
