As Sigma arrived, everyone fell to their knees to show respect. It was customary to do so whenever Sigma came around, but my heart still raced with nervousness. Sigma was responsible for ensuring peace between the werewolf hybrid community and humans, and he held immense power.
*IMPORTANT NOTE*
"There are 2 Werewolves Community. The Hybrid and The Rareez. Rareez are the pure werewolves who don't have any human form and they think of Hybrid as the bad blood because of their human form and are the enemies of both Hybrids and Human (Hunters). Not every Rareez is the same but some also lives with Hybrids .The Hybrid Werewolves community consists of three packs - Namlas, Niaz, and Imas. Each pack has its own Alpha, territory, soldiers, and special division. However, there is only one Sigma who is responsible for receiving major orders for the werewolf hybrid community and maintaining peace between werewolves and humans. Although Sigma is respected by everyone, including the Alphas, he has no power to interfere in a pack's important decisions or command their soldiers. He is only authorized to lead his own small army of Werewolf soldiers and special units and he is also responsible to take some big decisions among Hybrid Community"
When Sigma took his place on the Alpha's chair, I felt a pit form in my stomach. Sigma spoke of me, and my heart felt like it stopped because i knew what was going to happen. He announced that I'm one of the most important werewolves, and I couldn't help but wonder what that meant. Sigma was the one who assigned me as the Peace Talk leader and i have worked for him or the long time as i was his right hand, Also now he was taking responsibility for my actions. My life was at stake. Sigma's final decision was that I would be expelled from the Hybrid werewolf community and every pack, including my own pack Namlas. I felt like my world was crashing down around me as also my leadership as Team 1 leader was taken away, To me death was better than that. He further said that my life would be spared. As for Team 2, they would be punished with one month in jail, eating only vegetables during that time. The hearing was over, and I was left alone with my thoughts.
I was ordered to left the pack, I knew that I had been expelled from the werewolf community. Despite the knowledge that Sigma held me in high esteem, not only for what I had done for the pack, but also because of my father's services to the Werewolf community, I felt terrible. I wished to die. I packed up my gear hugged my Mom and said Goodbye to her and began to leave, walking through the pack's main route. Everyone I passed was working, but they stopped to watch me, shouting insults and calling me a traitor for killing my friend. Some even claimed I was a sex slave of Sigma, which he only kept alive for his own gratification. The taunts and insults continued until one man went too far, calling me a "pro***tute of a human." I snapped at that point, trying to transform into a werewolf, but I couldn't because of the Rage Mode. The trauma and pain of what had happened had left me unable to shift. I had to endure the insults and accusations until I finally left the pack, heading straight for Jason's grave.
Leaving the pack was not easy for me, but I had no choice. As I approached Jason's grave, I stood there and watched his grave the tears started to flow uncontrollably. I placed my bag down and knelt beside the grave. The floodgates opened, and I cried out his name over and over again. "Jason…Jason," I called out, my voice shaking with emotion. Memories of our love flashed through my mind as I wept bitterly. I hugged the grave and kept crying, feeling the pain and emptiness of losing the one I loved the most. The memories of our time together, the moments we shared, and the love we had, all came rushing back to me, and I cried out in agony. I wished I could bring him back, but I knew that was impossible. All I could do was cherish the memories and the love we shared.
*6 AND A HALF MONTHS BEFORE*
"Take that box," I ordered Emily, a member of my team.
Emily picked up the box.
"Should we open it?" Luna, another member of Team 1 asked.
"No, we were just ordered to take down these rogue werewolves from rareez and bring that box back to the pack," I replied.
"Is it a bomb?" Logan, a member of Team 1, asked jokingly.
"Yes, that's a bomb that will blast inside your stomach, you fatso," Edward, another member of Team 1, teased Logan.
Everyone standing there laughed.
"I'm a pure werewolf, you know. We just look like that, I'm not actually fat," Logan retorted in a funny way, making everyone laugh again.
"Alright, enough jokes, let's get back to the pack," I said, interrupting their banter. "Help me bury these pure rogue werewolves from Rareez pack first."
Everyone nodded in agreement, and after burying the bodies, we left for the pack with the box and reached there safely.
As we reached the pack, my heart swelled with pride. Another successful mission under our belts. We all exchanged fist bumps to celebrate, then we handed the box to Captain Steve that we had retrieved. He placed a hand on my shoulder and praised my work, telling me what a great job I had done. It was an honor to be recognized by him, but as soon as I stepped out of his office, I was tackled by Emma's tight embrace. I stumbled, falling to the ground as she peppered my face with kisses.
"Stop being gay, Emma," I managed to say, my voice laced with both amusement and annoyance.
"Sorry, babe," she replied, her voice low and dangerous. "No one can save you from me today."
I groaned, trying to push her away, but she was relentless. Eventually, I managed to flip her over and pin her to the ground.
"Now speak, Ms. Emma," I taunted her, flexing my muscles to show off my strength.
"Ouch, it's hurting," she whimpered.
"Say who's the boss here," I demanded.
"Obviously you, Miss Universe," Emma replied with a smirk.
Hunter, from our team who is a pure werewolf, chuckled from the sidelines. "Looks like we've got a gay couple here," he joked with his friend Logan from our team, also a pure werewolf (Both are goof werewolves from Rareez Community and Special Soldier of Team 1 in Special Division).
Suddenly Jack, a werewolf soldier appeared before us, who's actually a messenger of Sigma. He told me that Sigma had something important to discuss with me and then left.
Emma asked me curiously 'Why Sigma always wants you for his work?.'
Edward explained her that 'It was probably because Sigma was a friend of her father and he knows how intelligent Ella is like her late father'.
Then after a little conversation I said my goodbyes and made my way to Sigma's hideout. When I arrived, the soldiers assigned to protect the hideout stopped me. One of them was the same werewolf Jack who had told me to come to Sigma. I couldn't believe he was now checking me, and I called him a dumbass. Then, Sigma's voice came from inside of the room, and the guards let me in.
Once inside, I saw Sigma, Commander Steve, and Alphas from every pack(Namlas, Niaz and Imas), including my friend and leader of Team 2, Mark Peterson. Sigma asks me to sit and then he starts talking.
"As usual I will keep this meeting as short as possible so finally after 18 years, We are restarting the Peace Talk event with humans again. This time, We have decided to appoint Ella Juliana daughter of late Hizag Juliana who was the former leader Peace Talk event as the leader of the peace talk from the werewolf community side, with Mark Peterson as the Vice Leader. They would start their journey in 15 days and stop at a camp 30km away from our pack, where humans and hunters would be waiting for them. They will live there for 8 months together, have several meetings every month for 8 months, and make final rules and regulations for the Peace Talk the 6th month in which they'll discuss about the basic necessities of Werewolves and humans to live together peacefully. If successful, there would be no boundaries left between humans and werewolves. Also Rareez have decided to take our side this time too. They are with us and they have promised us that they will have us in taking down the Rogue Werewolves from Rareez"
After the meeting ended, everyone howled in celebration, and the Alphas and Sigma left. Commander Steve came to me and congratulated me and said
"I'm so proud of you Ella".
I had one question for him, though. I asked how he was already at Sigma's hideout when I had just given him a box before coming here.
He gave me a smile and said "I'm faster than you can ever imagine"
After 15 days having a fight with Emma at a party and ending our friendship, I left with Mark and our team to the camp for the peace talk. The whole time we were running towards the camp, Emma was on my mind. But as we arrived, The hybrid werewolves changed into their human form to better communicate with the humans including me. We were welcomed by Jason Alexander, the leader of the peace talk from the human side.
"Hello, everyone. I'm Jason Alexander, and I'm so glad to have you all here," he said, introducing himself and welcoming us.
I came up to Jason, shook his hand, and said, "Hello, Jason. I'm Ella Juliana, the leader of the peace talk event from the werewolves side."
As I watched Jason, a 6'1 guy with a muscular body and a shaved beard, his shirt was too tight, and I could see his biceps. His voice was heavy and seductive, and I felt myself blushing. But I wasn't the only one blushing; Jason couldn't take his eyes off me. I was a 5'7 girl with a fit and soft body and 42 size breast in a silver vest and shorts that were too tight on my thick thighs. As we shook hands, Jason forgot to let go, and I had to chuckle and say,
"Hey, Mr. Alexander, could you please leave my hand?"
He left my hand nervously then we started walking towards to the meeting office, Jason took the time to show us around. He pointed out a cottage outside the camp that was reserved for the leaders to discuss matters they didn't want others to know. Then he showed everyone their cottages one by one, each werewolf's being next to a human's house, all designed to promote mutual understanding. Jason showed everyone their cottage except for me and himself. Instead, we were given a two-story house, but with a twist – I had to share one floor with Jason. We leaders were given a same house because we were the main characters who had to understand the basic necessities for human and werewolves to live together and we were the main characters to maintain peace and understand each other so we could share each other's culture, way of living and foods.
When we arrived at our house, I couldn't help but blush a little. That's when Mason, one of Jason's friends, whispered something in his ear.
"Damn man, you're so lucky. You're going to live with this hot woman for 6 months!" he said.
"Be respectful, Mason," Jason responded, looking a bit angry. "She's a female as well as a human. She deserves respect like our mothers and sisters too."
"I'm sorry, but I thought the leader was going to be a man," Mason whispered back.
"Same here. But women these days are also intelligent and more capable like men. Don't you know?" Jason whispered back, a hint of a smile on his face.
As they whispered, little did they know that werewolves had good hearing capability, and I was able to listen to what they were whispering. I chuckled a bit and felt good that the man I was going to live with for more than half a year was not an ordinary man but a gentleman.
But then everyone left for the meeting office, where we had a long and boring where we shared our history and way of living. Jason sat in front of me, and even though I wasn't looking at him, I could sense that he was staring at me the whole time. It was kind of funny, actually, because every time I looked at him, he quickly moved his head like he wasn't staring. After the meeting, Mark said goodbye to me I did the same.
"Should we go?" I asked Jason.
But he was just standing there staring at me.
"Hello?" I waved my hand in front of his face to snap him out of it.
"Oh, yes, let's go," he said nervously.
We walked and talked on the way back to the house, and Jason asked me
"Was that guy your boyfriend?"
I couldn't help but laugh. "Oh, that guy? Yes, he is. Isn't he handsome?" I teased. Jason.
"What!?" Jason was clearly shocked.
"What? What do you mean?" I asked, pretending not to understand.
"Oh, nothing. He is handsome, right?" Jason replied, sounding a little sad.
"I was just kidding, hahaha. He's just my fellow partner also the vice leader from our side," I reassured him.
As we walked, I could smell the happiness and victory in Jason's scent, and I knew that he was into me. When we arrived at our house, Jason unlocked the door and gave me one key, explaining that the upper floor was mine and the lower floor was his. He also pointed out a locked door on the stairs, assuring me that I would have full privacy. We said goodnight to each other and went to our respective floors and beds.
All night, I thought about Emma and the success of the peace talk, while Jason thought about me and the future of humans and werewolves together.
