Michael stiffly turned to face the human speaking, his twin orbs of celestial insights gleaming with the luminescence of countless stars seemed to see through the very essence of her soul.
"It's a waste of time to rely on me, human. I have no business in this realm." He said blatantly, his voice colder than ice, she could feel a sudden chill run through her spine at his cold response.
"But she's your granddaughter." She voiced out in apparent shock.
His demeanor remained indifferent at her statement "Zamiel should have never taken off her necklace, if she is to die, she deserves to die as a human."
Rama found his words incomprehensible to process, weren't angels supposed to be tender-hearted and Sympathetic? But then, why was reality a gaping disparity from the expectation?
