Anne woke up from her slumber in the middle of the night, she had barely eaten anything the whole day and she heard her stomach rumble loudly from hunger.
She would have rang the maids to bring her food but It was already midnight and she didn't want to disturb anyone's peaceful sleep, she knew how annoying it could be when your sleep was been interfered with.
She rolled out of the bed and walked towards the door, she opened the door quietly and tiptoed down the hallway, searching for the kitchen.
The hallway was dark but her movements triggered the light sensors which lit the way for her. 'It shouldn't be too hard finding the kitchen' she thought to herself as she roamed her eyes around.
