Her breath quivered when Draco moved an inch closer as he leaned toward her, his demonic aura pulsating through the air like a rippling wave of darkness.
Despite being frightened to the marrow of her bones, she stood her ground as she locked eyes with him, her jade eyes lost into the whirlpool of inky darkness in his eyes.
"Can you still find the light?" His voice rumbled deeply underneath his breath as he spoke in a menacing form, one that made a torrent of chill cascade down her spine.
Could she still find the light within those depths of darkness? She thought to herself, but then she realized she couldn't change his true nature, he was one with the darkness and rather than forcing him to change it, perhaps she could accept it.
She suddenly blurted out without thinking twice about what she was about to spew.
"If you're the darkness then I will be your light."
