As they crashed on the ground, Rama quickly scurried over to Draco but even amidst the searing pain eating him up, he sprouted up on his own feet before she could crawl to him.
Grabbing her by the arm even in his weakened state, she whimpered in pain at his firm grip while he spoke with a hoarse growl "I told you to..."
"Not do anything, but I couldn't." She interrupted him as she completed.
He stared at her for a split second, she could feel his hands trembling, sweat breaking on his forehead his face twisted in concealed agony, earning silent tears that cascaded down her cheeks.
