Sibyl’s POV
I saw the servants pouncing on her and pulling her away forcefully.
I almost cried. I held Nuri's arm, "Please, save my sister."
Nuri quickened his horse and took me to the crowd.
"Be quiet!" Cried Nuri, and the servants immediately stood in a line, their heads bowed.
"Sis!" I shouted to the woman on the floor. When she heard my voice, she looked up weakly at me, the corners of her mouth curved, and she gave me a faint smile.
Nuri took me off the horse and I ran to her and held her in my arms.
Now I can see her face. It has been 5 years, and I still remember it clearly. On that afternoon, in the Queen's Palace, she knelt on the ground, trembling, and wept as she agreed to marry the old king of Werebear as a concubine. If it wasn't for her, I would have been sent to that horrible old man.
"Selene, Selene," I cried out her name, wiping the dust off her face with my hands.
What the hell is going on?
