Sibyl’s POV
The coronation took place as scheduled.
I was woken up by Amy at first light. I yawned and sat half asleep in front of the dresser, letting the maids do my make-up.
"Your Grace, oh, no, Your Majesty, you look amazing today. You are now the envy of all women. His Majesty is not only a hero, but also very loyal to love. Now the nobles like to keep some concubines or lovers, but your husband only loves you. You are really a happy couple. I hear a lot of women are learning about your make-up and dressing and want to be loved as much as you are."
The maid brushed my hair and flattered me. But I was in no mood to listen to what she said. I stared blankly at my face reflected in the bronze mirror without answering her.
Sensing my low spirits, Amy motioned for the maid to stop talking and gently massaged my temples.
"Your Majesty, today's ceremony will last a long time. Please have some breakfast first."
