I've never yelled out of control like that before.
My heart almost stopped when I saw Sibyl put the petal in her mouth.
I still remember what my grandfather said to me: “The Immortal Flower has great power. It is the most precious herb of the witches. Although it can clean up many strong poisons, it is also poisonous in itself. If a person does not have special blood or is not strong enough, even licking a flower petal will kill him.”
Is Nuri so important to Sibyl? She would even like to trade her life for Nuri's.
I gave up my manners and grabbed her hand. “Are you crazy?”
Sibyl is calm. She smiled at me, not afraid of the coming death.
