Kendra is losing conscious. That should be impossible. Who here is strong enough to beat her in combat. Only people who could compete is me and Reznakov.
I have to save her. I get up to run towards her. Koba drags me back down though. The floor between us breaks. We crash on the floor below it.
" Koba fuck off. I have more important things to worry about!" I yell. Shit he's fully equalized our strength.
I lost my Demi god strength the same moment. Kendra's mana signature starting going dark. Whoever she's fighting must have used a wide spread. Mana technique to strip us of our demigod status for the moment.

" You won't leave here unharmed like you did last time." I say. Koba rushes towards me. He does a downward swing that I block with the guns.
Kalif comes behind and throws a left hook. I block it but he has metal covering his arms. I start shooting at both of them. They hide behind debris.
I switch to my sniper rifle. It'll be easier to shoot them through the walls. I'm a hunter they're the hunted.

" What are we supposed to do about that sniper Kalif says. Kalif is bleeding.
" Just wait our opportunity will show soo-"
" So this is where you were hiding." Rev says. He starts shooting at us. We both run in opposite directions.
" Kalif stop the bullets!" I yell.
" I can't they aren't metal!" He yells back. What the hell? If they aren't metal then what are we getting shot with.
Rev comes behind me hitting me with both guns. I barely block them with the sword.
" They aren't metal. They are obsidian. Now stop running. " Rev says.
I want to stop running. I want to find the courage to fight and kill this man right here. I can't though. My body won't listen. My legs won't stop shaking.
No matter how much I want to go on the offensive I just keep running. Those flames have engrained a deep fear into my soul.
" Koba move!" Kalif yells as he sends Rev flying with a punch. Half the metal on his arm disappeared. Rev is bleeding the metal must be inside his arm.
Kalif is using Tungsten Rev shouldn't be able to melt it too fast.
" Koba strike him down now! I don't know how much longer I can hold him in place." Kalif says.
I rush towards Rev getting my 2nd opportunity to cut his head off. I won't waste this one.

Shit I don't have time for this. I need to defeat them now. Kendra is dying. Reznakov is busy. While I'm sitting here losing. Everything is going dark.
" Rev what are you doing? Are you going to lose someone you love again! Get up and kill them all." Baek says.

" Baek what did you just do?" I ask.
" I just gave my brother some advice. Come on so we can finish deciding on a last name." Baek says.

Rev grabs me by my neck and slams me into a wall. " Stay here for a second." He says while digging his searing claws into my chest.
He grabs a metal pole shoves it through my stomach. While bending the other part into the wall. I won't scream in pain I won't give him the satisfaction.
He walks over to Kalif. Kalif tries attacking him but he dodges. Rev counters him perfectly. Putting Kalif to sleep.
"How did you escape out of the equalization?" I ask.
" it's just a mana technique. All I have to do is amplify my own to go against yours." Rev says as he floats in the air.

I hope what I'm seeing isn't reality. I don't think I can handle it if it is. I rush to Kendra who's floating in the air. I can't hear her heartbeat. I can smell the blood in the air.
" No, no, no, no, please wake up. " I say while holding her.
All the color has drained from her face. She's a pale white. Is it poison? No there's a puncture wound right in front of her heart. Who could've did this.
"Was it you!?" I yell to the people behind me hiding.
" Damn he still sensed us. He's good." A man says. He has flowing red hair like me is he a Doom?
" No I'm not a doom. The name is Klaus though. I'm also not the one who did that to your girl. That was him." Klaus says while pointing to the man next to him.
I have to be careful. I'm sure the one holding the book is the one. Who had that mana technique. It cancelled out my Demi god powers. It's still on.
