It took about 30 minutes to resolve the situation. The shopkeeper refused to believe that the person he was talking to was real at first. He acted suspiciously and even called the police.
Then, the police investigated the whole thing before finally declaring that Olivier was in the right and leaving just as quickly. The shopkeeper went pale and listless once he realized that he had made a mistake.
"I-I am so sorry, young master. I did not mean for you to get into trouble like this. Please do not call the police and have me arrested."
The shopkeeper looked anxious suddenly. He did not seem to be able to calm down and Nike began to look haggard as well as a result of this.
"Stop being so scared of me. The police just left and I do want to call them back once more. Besides, if I wanted to get you into trouble with the police, I would have called them back when they were leaving."
