The cue for registration was quite long. But with a few well-placed calls to the right place, their team did not have any problem getting registered.
And then it was time to start the matches. It was the normal format of 1-vs-1 first followed by 2-vs-2 and then a team match.
However, the first half of the qualifiers was extremely easy.
Players were divided well and no one impactful was to meet up until the top 16. Olivier's team made quick work of their opponents (most of them gave up as soon as they saw Corrin and Jennis but for different reasons)
And that was how they qualified for the top 16 on the first day.
"Alright, we managed to pass the first hurdle, but here comes the difficult part - the top 16. I scouted out a few other teams after the match and found some crucial information. Our opponent tomorrow will most likely be this team."
