"Delon, don't worry about your loss. Your situation was one where anyone would have lost."
Aqua tried to console Delon with the words were not enough. Even if Delon knew the chance of getting a status was low and the other side had just gotten lucky, his heart could not accept this loss.
"I know that my loss was a result of bad luck. Don't worry, I will bounce back from this soon."
Delon assured Aqua with an easy smile. He was putting on his usual mask to hide his frustrated emotions.
"Sorry kid. I promised you that I would win and then I lost."
Delon looked at Olivier's flushed face. The poor child looked sick but they could not make Olivier sit out either.
"Hmm, you missed your combo and that's why you died. It happens so it's not a big deal."
Delon felt even worse after he heard Olivier's words. He knew that what Olivier said was the truth. Delon had lost because he lacked skills, not because of some bullshit like luck.
