'What the hell? Oh yeah, I need to pay for my drinks and other things. Now, where is my bank card?'
Olivier looked around for the payment card he had been given by Natasha before. It still had a significant amount of money left.
What sucked was that his location would be exposed the second he used this card for any payment. Olivier wanted to avoid paying with it as much as possible.
But he did not carry any cash, so this was the only way. The worker who brought him his bill looked at him like she wanted to chew him and then throw him away like used bubblegum.
She did not even look uncomfortable to see a fourteen years old walk into the cafe and order something. The worker was behaving like this was the most normal thing in the world.
"Dear sir, are you going to pay up now? Or, are you going to order something more to eat? We have a lot of delicacies available in our place. I hope you enjoy them all."
