"Your more resilient than I thought, it seems I have arrived too late. This… form won't last-"
"-You are one of them, the gods of Remnant I take it-"
"-We were, but now we are so much more. I couldn't possess you, which irks me. I don't suppose you could just, don't fight me? Allow me free reign and allow my godly form to devour yours. After all, it was myself and that of my brother who brought you back to the world of the living. Even intended for you to redeem our failed experiment, which the leftover waste of live took to calling Remnant…" I looked at him, smirking through Recoome's form, a glance as to tell what I thought of him and his 'possessing idea'.
"How about no, so it was you two. I could have known. Though-"
"-It wasn't just us, we made a deal, with a being darker than myself, though unlike him, I am free, and he is not. He can rot! I am the new dark God! and you… have been an ideal vessel, though there have been others. It was a pity that until now, my brother and I have only just awakened as tearing a hole into this dimension, along with our possessions and a part of the galaxy we came from, we were able to penetrate this one." he paused, the tone of Recoome's voice was mixed with a darker tone, speaking as if as on entity. The shadow God, continued to use Recoome as its head piece. "You will be mine, your time alive is at an end. Your use was rather lackluster, I will eradicate you from existence now. Prepare yourself, you face a god!" he growled out, cackling as a dark orb of black pulsed out of Recoome at radical speeds, the energy being generated, that felt very… wrong. His Ki or perhaps, it wasn't even Ki? It pulsed, making a humming noise, tearing a hole underneath him as another lava pocket was released, drenching the spherical orb around him but instead running around him, never flowing through the dark field surrounding him. He cackled once more, I begun to also push my strength to the forefront to combat this god or… whatever he is, as he yelled out through a laugh of Recoome's tone.
"The Audacity! To actually believe you stand a chance of facing a god, one which has devoured a rare delicacy. One who will eat many more with my brother, you cannot hope to match my godly power, we've struck gold with your mind!" The spherical shape of his energy pulsed at a quickened rate, as the energy orb surrounding Recoome- the shadow god- brother god, whatever this bastard was called cackled more whilst his Ki continued to climb. But his last words? My mind? The bastard and his brother must have ripped the knowledge of the dragon ball Z series and with help on this side, managed to penetrate it, forcing a join of everything these two gods of light and darkness touched to come with them. As for myself? I have no idea who made me the way I am, that of a Saiyan but whoever they are, practically gave me an edge in this world. It was possible it was to combat these two-
-The god of Darkness, controlling Recoome's body fully, surged forwards in unparalleled speeds, I was able to match keep up with him with my eyes, though I took the hit, which managed to blast me through the entire ground I was standing on, I continued to collide with rock, lava and then granite while Recoome's smug-looking mug followed me down. I managed to catch myself from going deeper, trading blows with- I'll call him 'Darkness', for which he was actually outpacing me even with my new power. The damnable notion that some pissant God from Remnant, whose story is that of an errant god who abandoned the planet and people they created, was actually keeping up with an overpowered, 'legendary Super Saiyan Primal'.
Darkness and I continued to trade blows, my own hitting twenty percent of the time whilst I took more than eighty percent of the blows, that of Darkness landed with ease, his capabilities are top notch. I paused, hitting him wasn't- I dodged him in time and placed both hands forwards while already readying a Ki-blast, expanding every bit of Ki I could use within a split second of a second, the green/purple blast expanding drastically from the palms of my hands.
"Haah! 'Tyrant's Wave' haaaaaaaaaa!!" the blast rendered even lava, granite and deeper still, the very world was being torn to shreds by the colossal Ki-wave, the very planet strained under the weight, while an orb of darkness pushed itself up from out of Darkness, enshrouding his vessel's body Recoome. My attack collided with the orb of his energy, washing over him but never penetrating him, Darkness cackled out loudly and shouted in turn.
"Your attempt is nothing compared to a god, 'Twilight End'!!" he held up his own hand, as a wave created from other waves left his hand at a rapid pace, hammering into my own attack, rupturing a part of the wide 'Tyrant's Wave' until it was to sweep over me. I flickered out of the gargantuan hole rupturing the desert planet even more, now glancing downwards before I felt an attack at my side, kicking me in the gut, following along with a egotistical smile, flickering to the right position to continue to whack me from side to side, up and down, at the bastard's pleasure.
"Your nothing to me, you might as w-well-" he paused, coughing up a sludge-like essence- no! Blood, but instead of being a healthy red, it looked black-
-He smacked me, backhanding me towards me to a still intact part of the PTO base, I impacted wall- equipment- wall- then impacting ground and continued to collide with rock, Darkness flickered into view in front of me, moving at a similar speed to me now, Recoome's body was in a way, deteriorating and what seemed to be at an accelerating process.
Not even five minutes yet, and yet the god of Darkness was already losing steam, I was pretty banged up of course, blood in areas of my body I could see, I also felt blood on my face and cuts deep and stinging, possibly filled with dirt by now. Recoome continued to smirk, even as his body, no longer the lively color of a healthy skin tone, but with veins which could be seen more clearer, black and disgusting. His skin had rashes appearing without my input, instead it looked as if his own power was… eroding away Recoome's body or corpse, the guy didn't give a lick of care at his physical appearance though, only causing me to glower at him in turn while he continued his deep, penetrating gaze.
"Your very fortunate, this weak-minded vessel has been strong enough to contain my newly increased power… for a time, but it seems that my time in this revolting form is to come to an end and soon. You may not be able to be possessed while breathing, so let's go out with a bang! This planet is at its boiling point, and I suppose you know what they say when that happens-" I knew of course, that 'boiling point' remark came from the movie, 'Buffalo Soldiers', one of my old favorites which now that he brought it up, surprised me that I still remembered the name of that move.
"-Yeah… Boiling point- destruction of the planet is inevitable, now-" I powered up, activating the 'Wrathful State' as he tried to land another blow, now it was different though not by much, were pretty equal now more or less. The 'Wrathful State' in conjunction with this new version of 'Super Saiyan Primal' working together, Darkness and I were trading blows, it wasn't a loss for me as Darkness now took the same number of blows, I was.
Darkness afterimaged forwards, flickering multiple times before reappearing a hill away from my location. His hands were held at chest level as a large orb begun forming, black-purple orbs feeding into the sphere, growing it larger. Darkness shouted out, through Recoome's voice.
"...Your strength is a vast improvement, but this ends here! 'Tempest Flare' go out with the planet, so that I may devour your soul! Keke keke!! Die with this doomed world! Die!" the sphere continued expanding, I could even hear it happen as the orb expanded, Darkness raised both hands above his head and the orb continued to eclipse everything as I stood by, watching intently. Darkness casually lowered his hands, and the sphere fired out a beam, the beam small at first aimed directly for me. I flickered out of the way, heading straight for Recoome though he only smirked, seemingly intent to await my supposed 'death', nevertheless, I attacked him with full force.
"You're wasting your time and my future energy, as in but a moment, this planet will end! And foolish mortals as you cannot survive in the black, darkness of the void-" Ah… he was leaning on the idea I would die once the planet exploded-
-A bright white expanded from behind me as the world begun the shatter, the core of the world has been ignited to an intense degree by the concentrated beam, the orb of black energy slowly shrunk with use from its concentrated beam constantly firing upon the center of the planet-
-The world gave way by collapsing in on itself as its own gravity worked against itself, as a cataclysmic explosion enshrouded Darkness and I, were momentarily engulfed by the critical point of the planet seemingly cracking, the beam firing within the core turning it into a detonating bomb of immense pressure, fire and energy.
Recoome's body, deteriorating and half his face shown as skull peeled back, eye sockets glowing a sickly purple, the god of Darkness simply smirked in no small amount of pleasure, a wave of heightened energy completely consumed the body of Recoome, the outline of his body before even I was blinded from the happenings of the planets end could picture the shape of a black being in the outline of a person, eyes glowing that same way as he- it awaited my 'end'.
"Too bad for you… God of wasting my time… I've trained in stronger gravity wells than this, survived explosions as worse as this one… and unlike most 'mortals', I can survive in space-"
"-What-" Deafening, the 'clap' that was the final response of the world before complete destruction, I continued to yell out even as I couldn't hear anything at the moment, enshrouding my own energy around myself in a bid to protect myself from the most dangerous contours of this world-ending annihilation.
"....aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!" I could hear once more, though I was still blinded.
(Vegeta-POV)
Vegeta headed for the Capsule Corp headquarter with his son and daughter, instead of flight, this was the rare time he'd decided to fly, in the family airship, his wife was not in attendance, instead she was out in north city, he decided to take his son and daughter to the place where Tarble could get a rematch with one or more of Kron's brats. His daughter, Vernal as would happen, was currently still napping at present, even through this turbulence.
"Boy, you'll fight the Trunks when we arrive, if he happens to be there. Remember, if you win, I'll allow you to stay the weekend over with them. But-" Tarble shouted in reply, Vegeta's gaze somewhat softened though he shook his head, facing intently towards the sky, as in the distance the first sightings of west City were beginning to take shape on the horizon.
"-Is mom alright with that? I'll try my best against Trunks, but you'll have to get me that bike I was asking for-" Vegeta grunted, napping his gaze to his son, his hands still on the controls of the airship.
"-F-Fine, son… do well, I'll get you that bike 'and' you can stay the weekend at Capsule Corp, With Kron's colony of Saiyan's. With Kron not here, the bast-bundle of nerves… has the audacity to leave in the midst of whoever was that attacked his place.
"...Hmm?" Vegeta sensed that Krillin, was nearby and also approaching Capsule Corp, though unlike him they were flying not using one of these vehicles. He grunted as he heard muffled shouts from the other side of the glass, Vegeta growled while seeing Krillin annoyingly waving towards him, his wife and brother in-law not really paying much interest to them. Krillin and his android family, plus their kid who was been held by Eighteen, descended now, Vegeta lowered the airship, touching down on a designated landing zone.
Leaving the ship but leaving it on the platform instead of capsulizing it, Vegeta, with Vernal being carried and Tarble went ahead and left the ship.
"Huh, you've surprised me Vegeta, I've not seen you drive-"
"-Krillin, are you perhaps, challenging me to a bout? I will be looking for a good match and if not you, perhaps the two of them would suffice. I still owe you two a beat-down, I hope you've not forgotten." Vegeta smirked, though only the more annoying one, Seventeen smirked in turn, Eighteen replied before her brother could.
"What's this Vegeta, you've got your family with you? And you like giving them bad habits. Marron, Krillin. Tell Bulma I will be back in an hour. Grocery shopping. Is that where your wife is Vegeta, why you've got the kids." Eighteen's neutral-sounding tone made it sound as if she was mocking him in some way, though Vegeta since learned that she was a lot like his own wife, in some ways… Vegeta followed along with Krillin, as Tarble ran off after spotting some of the Kron army within a field nearby to the large corporate domed facility that is Capsule Corp.
"I'm here to drop off my daughter here, before I go and locate Kakarot. Since you've not accepted my challenge-" Vegeta was cut off mid-speech when another landed nearby, in front of them slightly though at their right side. Sixteen arrived.
"Hmm… Perhaps the cyborg would like to accompany me? What say you Sixteen, I will be going to fight with Kakarot, your welcome to join, Seventeen too if you two think you'd be any challenge to us. Sixteen, he looked a bit different, besides his more human-alike outfit which consisted of large, blue overalls and a steel-capped boots, he also looked a bit more human, compared to the tournament. Ever since he was demolished by Cell those years back, his new design remained the same as Bulma could get it, fixing him up though took away some of his humane features, a metallic tint was his skin color last, he seen him, during the tournament.
"You've gotten an upgrade big guy, heh. You look not as much a toaster since last I'd looked upon you. Better dressed too." Sixteen smiled, though it didn't reach his eyes, which again, expressing human-like emotions, appearing near-human as he did now, he must have gotten an upgrade in the past three weeks ago. Sixteen nodded, he approached Vegeta's son, Tarble looked upon the hulking giant with a bit of awe, bit of interest by his change.
"Yes. Bulma and her father, along with some of their scientists and engineers had made a complete upgrade, their technological prowess have since passed the realm of what Doctor Gero was able to conceive by himself. I also increased by a substantial amount if way of strength. I could accompany you; it would be more… stimulating than helping Eighteen with-" Eighteen turned to Sixteen, narrowing a glare towards Sixteen then, Vegeta himself before interrupting Sixteen's words.
"You can do that, and I will not be buying that pet you've been hounding me for, with insistence. You can go fight the two Saiyan neanderthals after you've helped me. Seventeen would come, it would be better than him annoying me with his want to buy one of those-" Seventeen interrupted, speaking up mockingly, his tone appeared good-natured, smirking towards his sister as Vegeta, Krillin and the three of them made it to the side entrance, Tarble has since left his sight back outside with two of Kron's brats, the twin Saiyan boys Anthony and Achilles.
"-You wound me Eighteen. I've had my sights on a nice, economically friendly Capsule-designed air car, you know that or is this because it isn't in the budget? The Ram-Raid model, remember? Why, Sixteen gets the dog, and I get a bunch of smelling, apes, to fight? Hmm? fine, sounds fun, I'm in. What say you, Vegeta. I'll go. Krillin, you want to come, that-" Krillin turned back around, an awkward smile which quickly dropped into a hint of fear, as Vegeta smirked towards him, Krillin hurried forward, though by but a few steps as Marron was having her hand held by her father still.
They spotted Pyrrha, Weiss, Blake and another woman, Vegeta was sure she was Kali, Blake's mother. They were in a large living area, their voice could be heard as they headed past them, Krillin sent them a nonchalant wave, allowing Marron to head off when they also spotted one of Kron's daughters, the one with the bob cut and white hair and tail, Wylla. Vegeta needed to find Bulma though, she had to be the one to take Vernal off of his hands as it was pre-arranged and Raven would find out if he deviated from the plan, meaning grudgingly… no sex for a week, more importantly, as week from not being able to try for another child, possibly another son.
"Well, looks like Marron is going to be fine, I'll have to tell Bulma that we've arrived, then we can go Eighteen, Sixteen." Eighteen nodded, heading over to her daughter who now was over with Wylla, she bent down to kiss her goodbye and then begun to idly chat with those of the other woman around here. Sixteen followed Krillin and Vegeta down, with Krillin leading the way for a bit before Sixteen took over as naturally he knew the way and with big strides, outpaced Krillin who was starting to look around a bit confused.
"Hmm? This place has gotten a lot bigger guys… Sixteen? Ah, lead on brother." Krillin thumbed up Sixteen, Sixteen returned it with a nod, smile while Vegeta resisted the urge to roll his eyes hearing the two dunderheads interact. Vernal was getting a bit fussy, moving around more and so Vegeta shouted, though only at first before his voice quietened down, his anger forgotten while he gently seen that Vernal was now waking up and blinking more thoroughly.
"Let's get there quickly. Vernal, we've arrived at Capsule Corp, where your uh, Aunt Bulma will be taking care of you, until your mother comes to pick you up." Vernal, only three years old, replied in the only way she could, cutely but he would never say that out loud with the cue-ball with a buzz cut and the nature-nurturing cyborg around him.
"D-Daddy, I want down, down. I'm hungry-" Vegeta spotted Bulma, her long hair brought up into a ponytail, wearing filthy overalls, or oil stained at the very least, she caught them from out of the corner of her eye and waved them over while she headed for a industrial sink and begun to wash her hands.
"Vegeta, Krillin and even Sixteen! Alright, well Vernal, want to come with your aunt-"
"-Food, I am hungry. Daddy, down." Vegeta ignored her for a time, letting her down here, where she could pick up some cable and get herself electrocuted or worse, she ends up eating one of the screws that littered the floor of this engineering workshop… Vegeta called out, as Bulma approached, turning to Krillin first, as he was the first to speak just now.
"Bulma, Marron is upstairs with the others. Will pick her up within the hour or two, depends on Eighteen really… Here, this capsule, labeled with my name has spare clothes in it or towels if she decides to do something that would get her wet or dirty-" Bulma waved him off, taking the capsule and pocketing it with clean hands. She approached Vegeta and while replying to Krillin, eyeing the fool, Bulma picked up Vernal from Vegeta's arms, to which Vernal happily allowed herself to be carried by the woman.
"Right, if she needs anything like baths, we've got enough spare, so I'll just save the capsule you and your wife's packed encase of emergency. Vegeta, your daughter will be fine, go do something… productive, and if you see Kron, tell him… if you see that husband of mine, that I've been approved for expansion of Capsule Corp, I will be expanding by buying the surrounding land, to incorporate it into the building." Vegeta looked at her, confused by why she was telling him this, Kron was off planet-
"-Meaning he and the others will be able to live here. Alright Vernal, let's get you something to eat. Your aunt Salem or my mother will no doubt be in the kitchen, Salem confusing my mom still no doubt with her line of questioning…" The two headed off, Krillin and Vegeta blinked, as Sixteen headed over to some of the engineers and looked to be in deep conversation with a few of them, Vegeta left Capsule Corp not long after.
