"Doctor, doctor, he's losing a lot of blood, at this rate he might die!" the noisy nurse beside me was shouting right into my ear, how annoying. I took out my keys from my pocket and placed it on the tray.
I looked at the man on the table, five stab wounds to the stomach, some of his organs are punctured, blood is everywhere, and he stinks like hot garbage. This operations going to be messy, disgusting.
After hours of operating, careful procedures, and stitching, the man will live another day. But now I've got blood all over me. I told the nurse to keep him in the hospital for a month or so, until he could properly walk again. Then I walked out the operation room and made my way into my office.
I shut the door behind me and locked it, than headed to the shower. Once I was in the shower I profusely smash the button till it was raining like a hurricane. Washing all the disgusting blood off me, soaking me everywhere, it's better to be wet and clean, than catch the diseases that could have possibly been on that unhygienic mans blood.
I left the shower and took off the gloves and threw them in the trash. Than I started stripping leaving my soaked coat, pants, shoes and everything underneath on the floor. I grabbed a towel from one of my shelves and started drying myself off.
After completely soaking the towel with the water on my body, I threw it in the trash and grabbed another towel, and made absolute sure I wiped everything off.
After I finished drying myself off with the towel again, I used it to pick up all the clothes on the floor and threw everything in the trash, than I put a lid over the trashcan. I walked back to the shelf and grabbed myself a clean white pants and shirt, put on some comfy white socks, than toothpaste white shoes, and finally a snow white coat.
I looked at myself in the mirror, cozy and clean. Except for a little red stain on my coat. I was absolutely disgusted my eyes widen, fist clenched, and jaw shut tightly.
I immediately took off the coat and placed it on the table. Than walked to my desk and opened one of the drawers. I pulled out a brand new box of gloves and mask and opened them up. I put on the gloves first, making sure they were properly on and back all the way to my wrist. Than I put on the mask, making sure it covered my nose, mouth, and reached down to my chin.
I walked back to the table and picked up the coat, I walked to the trash and took off the lid, than I aggressively threw the coat inside. I put the lid back on the trash and walked back to the shelf. I pulled out another coat and wore it, than I looked at myself in the mirror, perfect.
I went back to desk and opened a different drawer, in it was my phone and a umbrella. I took out my phone and shut the drawer. I turned on the phone to check the time, one in the night, time to make my way home. But before I did, I checked my phone again, heavy rain at two, so in an hour. I'll probably make it home back in time, just a five minute drive from the hospital, but just in case. I opened the drawer again and took out my umbrella.
I made my way out of the hospital and waved goodbye to all the other coworkers, these people weren't anymore hygienic than the patients, disgusting swines. I left the hospital and walked to the parking lot, I pat my pockets to look for my keys but the only thing that was in my pocket was my phone. I tried thinking back and remembered that I left it on the tray back in the operation room.
I walked back into the hospital and started pasting to the room. But before I even reached the door, I was clenching my fist in disgust. The patient was no longer in the room, but all his blood is everywhere still, they didn't even attempt to clean it. I don't want to to go back in that disgusting place again and repeat my routine, and I'm not staying in this filth of a hospital. That leaves me with only one option left, walking back home.
I looked at my phone again, one o' nine, I think if I speed walk, I'll be able to make it back home in thirty minutes time. I left the hospital and started walking through the empty dark streets. This place is a trash dumb. Garbage everywhere on the ground and streets, what a filth filled shithole.
Ten minutes in speed walking through the neighborhood, avoiding all the trash and filth on the ground, a person appeared around the corner. It was a homeless man, and he was covered in filth, how disgusting, it makes me want to puke. He turned to my direction and started walking towards me. What the hell does he want?
"S-spare some money kind sir" The man reached out his hand, almost touching me. I backed off, and clenched my fist.
"Listen old man, I don't know why you're out here, but i'm sure there's a job willing to hire a hobo, better yet, die" The homeless man stood there in absolute shock. I looked at him, he was a filthy fuck, and he stinks like shit.
The man turned around and walked away, back around the corner. I carefully made my way forward so I don't bump into him again, almost a couple more blocks till I get home.
When I reached around the corner, in the split second I saw a movement from the corner of my eye, I ducked and something fell over me. I got back up and immediately checked my coat, its covered in filth, I looked at the person on laying on his stomach, it was the homeless bastard, and he was going to stab me when I walked passed the corner.
It looked like he hurt himself when he fell down. I stood right on top of him with my feet crushing his hands and I could hear his groaning. I took off my coat, and wrapped it around his neck, and tightened it. He was shaking and trying to claw his way out but it was to late, today, the doctor takes another life, and I tightened with all my strength till blood gushed out his mouth, eyes, and nose.
I left the blood soaked coat and dead man laying right there where I watched him breath his last breath. The sole of my shoe are now soiled with his filthy hands. Ill have to throw it out when I get back home. And than I felt it, a drop of rain, hitting the top of my head. I immediately checked my phone, no, it's only one-twenty five, it shouldn't have started raining yet.
Those damn reporters getting the time wrong. I opened up the umbrella, and started walking. It didn't take even five minutes before the rain starting pouring down. What a mess, I'm getting my shoes and clothes all soaked. Now I'm sprinting my way home, I'll take a nice warm bath, and clean myself thoroughly.
I made it to a cross road, and came to a stop, waiting for the sign to change, getting impatient, I'm getting filthier my the second. But than, out of no where, a kid runs out to the middle of the street, jumping and playing in the rain, so filthy, how could anyone do such a thing.
He starts singing:
"Rain, rain, go away, come again another day..."
and he noticed me, and started waving towards me with a happy little smile.
Thunder roared through the sky, as a speeding car zooms through the road and hits the kid leaving his bloody remains in every square inch of the cross road, including my clothes and face.
The car swerves and crashes into a nearby gas station behind me, and goes up into flames. I dropped my umbrella and reached to touch my face. The childs blood runs down my face and goes into my eye. I scream out in horror, and started rubbing my eye but the blood would never leave.
I took off my mask and started gasping for air, how disgusting, how absolutely filthy. I clenched my fist and stood up, I turned around and made my way to the burning car. As I got near the car, a man bust down the car door and comes crawling out. The fumes of alcohol and smoke fill the air.
I approached the man and he was begging for help, his leg was completely twisted and crush. He grabs onto my legs and continues to beg me. I spit unto his eye and grabbed onto his neck, than started bashing in his face.
His screams of agony fills the empty quiet neighborhood, as I bash in his face, over and over, getting his blood all over me leaving a gaping hole in his skull. I don't care anymore, I don't want to live in this filthy world anymore.
I dropped the mans lifeless body. And stood there in front of the burning car. The whole gas station exploded and went into flames.
