Shane raised his brow as though his sister could see him. "How are you handling the moving?" A few seconds of silence passed, prompting Shane to carry on.
"I forgot to tell you, the house is fully equipped, sis. You do not need to stress yourself in the meantime with moving all your belongings."
"Heh?"
No sooner had Skai received that information than a car drove with speed, parking close to the moving van or in this case, blocking its path as the driver's door pushed open.
One peek at the car's driver and Skai's heart leapt into her throat.
"Oh fuck." Her eyes widened like she had seen a ghost.
