Shawn leaned closer, bringing his lips close to hers. However, just as they were about to lock, Yasmin placed her finger on his, stopping him.
Something swirled in his eyes, a mix of confusion and desire. Still, Yasmin did not mind any of it. "Then let's see you try."
His lips parted slightly in an 'O' shape. Then, Shawn leaned back slowly, chuckling before giving her a nod. "I will."
The drive to his house was not long after. When they drove in front of the building, Yasmin took in the scene before her.
It was nothing like Skai had described which left her abashed by how beautiful the house was.
"When I said I was taking you to my house, I meant it. I wasn't taking you to a hotel either."
"I thought the Jayden boys stay in the family mansion," Ysmin questioned out of curiosity.
"We do but even if we are, we each have our house. We can manage this."
"I see."
