Skai was nervous. She didn't want Mr. Lucien to be upset with her. As soon as she stepped inside the office, he looked up from the document before him and smiled.
"Good morning sir."
"Skai." He gestured for her to take her seat. She did, keeping a small smile on her lips.
"What brings you here, Skai? Are you feeling better?"
"Yes, I am, sir. Thanks. I came to inform you that I'll be accepting the promotion Mr. Raphael gave me earlier and will be working directly under him as his PA."
"That's nice. Congratulations. I knew it would happen sooner or later." Skai felt her cheeks flush.
After the advice he gave her back then, she was sure he had an idea they were dating. Damien's interest in a worker wasn't something that was heard of.
"Thanks, sir. He gave me three days there and two days to work here at will."
