Silver's heart skipped a beat as she read Ethan's message. "Would love to take you out for dinner and get to know you better. How about tomorrow night?"
She couldn't help but smile as she typed out her response. "Sounds perfect. What time and where?"
They agreed on a time and location, and Silver felt a flutter in her chest as she put down her phone. She couldn't wait to see Ethan again.
As she got ready for their date, her excitement grew. She put on a new dress, did her hair, and applied a light touch of makeup. Just as she was leaving the house, she saw Ethan's car parked outside the gate.
'He's here!'
But before she stepped out of the house, Shawn appeared in front of her, his eyes narrowed. "Where do you think you're going, Silver?"
Silver rolled her eyes. "Out. Or am I grounded?"
"You're not."
"Good. it's none of your business then."
