"A Jayden?!" Adrazel slammed her palm against the table, rising to her feet in pure rage.
The young girl who had been waiting on her jolted from the shock of her outburst. "My lady."
Ignoring her, Adrazel continued, "He… No. It cannot be." Her voice dropped to a venomous whisper, "How could this happen? A human — a Jayden? Impossible."
Castiel's voice remained steady, as though he anticipated her outburst when sending the voicemail.
"Yes, my lady. His Majesty has marked her. I do not know to what extent they have gone but I believe he has consummated the mate bond. You know it's unbreakable and sacred, what will you do?"
"To hell with the mate bond!" Adrazel snarled, her eyes blazing with fury. She began pacing the room, her black heels clicking against the stone floor.
"My lady?" The young girl still found it hard to explain what was going on.
