Getting Damien's approval was something Skai was over the moon with. Now she got to love both men and have them love her in return.
To Skai it was the best most horrific yet pleasant new year in her life.
At that point, the only phrase she could think of saying was, "Welcome to the family, guys!"
"Fami…" Damien followed her line of sight to see her smiling cutely at Jared.
They had only just agreed to their arrangement and he was getting jealous of the latter.
Jared's smile grew wider, his eyes gleaming with triumph. "Looks like we're in this together, demon boy."
Damien's eyes narrowed. "This doesn't mean you won, vampire. Don't let it get into your head, Skai's still mine."
Skai's laughter pulled them from their intense stare to herself. Her eyes shone with amusement as she declared, "Technically, I belong to you two now and you belong to me."
She winked.
