Elyxria stood silently in front of the laundry machines, her eyes fixed on Castiel's back. The dim lighting in the room cast long shadows, making his tall figure seem even more imposing.
She could sense his intensity, the dark aura giving away his true nature.
"Castiel."
He didn't turn around, but his body tensed, as if he sensed her presence.
"I've found something," Elyxria continued, her eyes gleaming with a knowing light. "On Skai."
Castiel's head tilted slightly to the side. "Yes?"
"The energy signatures match the ancient artefacts." He furrowed. "I mean I did the background search as requested. You… you must report to her ladyship, Cas."
"What did you find? I will be the one to determine whether or not it is of most importance."
Elyxria sighed. "As you wish. The lady is a Jayden. A true-blooded Jayden of the strongest bloodline."
