Sydney took a sip of her drink. When she pulled the glass from her mouth, blood stains smeared the side of her lips.
"Hmm, rich."
She moved towards her bed and picked up her phone once more. With one hand holding her drink, the other tapped on her phone, sending a message to Kairav.
Sydney: You did a good job.
She hit the send button and turned her screen off.
'Wait, perhaps I should issue him a reward. Hahaa, what would some like that want for a reward?'
Sydney thought for a little while but after much thought, no perfect gift could come to mind.
"I guess I'll call him then. He can probably tell me what he wants himself." she scoffed thinking of how well she played people and had tgem in the palm of her hands. "After this, I bet we would be good friends once more. He'll definitely let my rage go."
Her smile broadened as she placed a call to Kairav.
