Skai blinked. All of what Jared said was true. However, she was sure she did not utter a word about this to him.
Even if he carried out a thorough search on her profile, she was sure he would not know all those details about her.
She never thought anyone knew those details, save for Shane.
Now he knew.
Sadly, Jared did not plan on letting Shane escape. Whether or not he was dishing out too much pain and making him a scapegoat was not his problem.
He planned on putting the Sterlings in their place but had not had anyone slip up since he came into the picture.
