With a resigned sigh, she allowed the security guards to escort her out of the water park. As they disappeared through the exit, Skai watched them go, a mixture of relief washed over her.
"That was… badass."
Skai spun around and met Jared's gaze with a flushed face.
It was, she wasn't going to deny it but Zoe deserved that much and more.
"Umm… what are you talking about?"
Jared's lip parted. "Ah… I see we are playing the denying game huh."
His eyes twinkled with mischief. Skai was oblivious to the plans he had for her. As she shrugged, little did she know Jared had closed the gap between them.
"Ah!" Skai squealed as he picked her up, wrapping his hands around her stomach from behind. "Hahaha, stop it."
"Nope," Jared refused and made his way back to the pool with Skai in his hand.
