Seizing the opportunity, Bai Xiao struggled out of his hold, rolling and crawling out of the bathtub in utter disarray, slipping on her foot as she emerged.
Glancing at his shoulder, Ye Huang saw a row of teeth marks, evidence of how forcefully she had bitten him.
"Bai Xiao, are you a puppy or something?"
"Ha, you've bitten me before. Consider it payback," Bai Xiao swung her finger that Ye Huang had bitten, deftly wrapped a towel around herself, and fled the bathroom at top speed, slamming the door behind her with a loud clang.
She slipped away like a thief.
