The Omega's Mate

I led my pack through the forest, my senses on high alert. We had been having trouble with a group of rogues, and I was determined to put an end to it. My reputation for ruthlessness and my cold demeanor preceded me, and I didn't disappoint as I led the raid. As we closed in on the rogue pack's territory, my wolf stirred inside me, eager for the fight. My eyes scanned the trees for any sign of movement, and my muscles tensed as I prepared to attack. Suddenly, a figure darted out from behind a tree, and I lunged forward. I had the rogue by the throat in seconds, ready to deliver the killing blow. But as I looked into the rogue's eyes, I saw something that gave me pause. The rogue was an omega. I had rarely seen an omega in my life, as they were a rare species and not common like other wolves. I couldn't help but be intrigued, even as my wolf growled in protest. I forced myself to release the omega, and my pack quickly subdued the rest of the rogues. As we made our way back to our territory, I couldn't shake the feeling that something had changed. I had never been one to let my guard down, but there was something about the omega that had stirred something inside me. I couldn't stop thinking about the rogue's delicate features and smooth skin, and the way his scent had lingered in my nostrils. Little did I know that my life was about to be turned upside down, and the walls I had built around my heart would come crashing down.
